Located in beautiful Murrays Beach, The Harmony Retreat is an easy 90 min drive from Sydney and just 30 min drive from Newcastle. There are many local attractions and amenities for you to enjoy such as:

- 5 min drive to Swansea which has restaurants, cafes and supermarkets
- 5 min drive to Caves Beach which is perfect for a day of swimming and exploring
- 10 min drive to Catherine Hill Bay beaches
- Bush trails for walks and bike-rides which are great for exploring the local area
- 20 min drive to Charlestown Square Shopping Centre

With FREE unlimited WIFI spanning the entire house, our abode features 1 king master bedroom, 3 Queen bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, making it an ideal choice for groups, whether for friends, weddings, corporate stays, or extended family gatherings.

Just minutes away from Lake Macquarie, nestled in pristine bushland, your stay promises a full agenda of relaxation and adventure. Step out onto our delightful terrace, boasting two seating areas where you can bask in the afternoon sun or showcase your BBQ skills. The cinema provides recliners for three and a comfy couch for three together with a giant TV, surround sound, and a playstation for those that want to game.

Every bed in The Harmony Retreat is adorned with luxurious mattresses offering extra support for a restful night's sleep. Our bedding is of natural fibre, resembling 5-star hotel quality linen. Your stay includes fresh towels and fresh linen. For your convenience, The Harmony Retreat provides a washing machine and dryer to cater to your laundry needs.

Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Hens parties without prior approval. While The Harmony Retreat is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings or reunions, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.

HOUSE RULES
* Check-in: After 3:00 pm
* Checkout: 10:00 am
* No smoking
* No parties or events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below).
* The home canaccommodate up to 10 guests with 1 sofa bed upon request, with a fee of $140. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to SIX people. No more than a maximum of SIXTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
*If you have booked with a security bond and there are damages in the home that exceed the security bond amount, you may be charged for the excess amount.

THINGS TO KNOW:

* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.


* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
