This spacious retreat offers a private screened pool, a game room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Step into your home away from home, where cozy lounge areas, inviting living spaces, and thoughtful amenities create the ideal setting for relaxation and adventure. - Living Area & Kitchen: Step into the open-concept living area, where a cozy lounge with leather couches and a flat-screen TV awaits. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and essential small appliances, is perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy dining together at the 6-seat dining table or at the breakfast bar, with additional seating for 2.
- Private Pool: Venture outside to your own private oasis! The screened pool area is furnished with loungers and a dining set for 6, perfect for enjoying the warm Florida sun. For a touch of luxury, you can opt to heat the pool for an additional fee of $30.00 per day plus tax. Please notify us 72 hours before check-in to arrange this.
- Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Relax in any of the four comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom and Bedroom 2 both feature queen-size beds, flat-screen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms for added privacy. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are ideal for kids or friends, each with two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. An additional bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Communication was great. House has everything you could want/need. We really enjoyed the pool during hot afternoons; it was refreshing and very clean. Only issues we had was the dryer vent snagged and tore some pieces of our clothing. Two bedrooms the linens had sand/dirt between the sheets upon check-in. The location of the house was wonderful!

Great Stay! Very Convenient to Astros Baseball Complex!

Myself and 4 other Baseball Players enjoyed our stay at 280 Magical Way. The Townhouse is extremely clean with many modern conveniences. Thank you, would definitely rent again!

A great experience!

My family and I have stayed at a number of rental properties while vacationing in Florida and this property was the most enjoyable yet. We loved our stay and will be going back on our next trip to Florida. Also, the management company was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions I had.

Best ever vacation home

Our party stayed at this vacation home for the second time in two years. It was unbelievably clean and tastefully decorated. A beautiful home from home

We absolutely loved this villa and settled in straight away and couldn't wait to get back there after a long day at one of the parks which are around 30 minutes away by car. The property was absolutely spotless when we arrived and very well maintained. We were very happy during our stay here and would definitely recommend this lovely home to anyone.

wonderful vacation

The house was great had everything we needed minus a vacuum, traveling with 2 little ones tends to make me nervous, otherwise everything was perfect and made our trip wonderful. We plan to book again next year we have stayed at several rental homes over the years and this was our favorite!!!! Even had friendly neighbors what more could you ask for I was ready to move in.

Amazing

Just like home....but better

Family of 6. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The couches and beds were more than comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us and withing good distance of lots to do and eat. Would have paid the same or more for half of what we had for a hotel room. Loved having our own pool and game room also. Thanks!

Spacious home, very clean!

Very Clean house, rooms very spacious for a family with children. Safe neighborhood. Only one issue the hot tub Jacuzzi jets were not powerful and the pool will be more enjoyable at night if will have more lightning. Overall Beautiful home will recommended and will stay again.

Wonderful stay at this property.

The listing description was accurate. The property is well kept kept and maintained. Well secured. We felt safe. The managers Lisa and her husband were a pleasure to interact with And very helpful. I will recommend this property to my friends and relatives. Easy access to all attractions.

Well equipped home. Tv in all bedrooms clean and comfortable.

A great home, room for a big family to spread out. Kitchen well equipped to make great meals! No views though, houses in the neighborhood are built so close together! Neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend this place for families looking to spend time in the Orlando area!

Perfect layout for 2 couples! Enjoyed the pool the most!!

Absolutely loved this layout! Four of us stayed here in February 2017 and we all agreed to stay at this place again if back in Florida. Everything is as pictured, spacious, and beautiful. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to whatever you want to find or do. Rent this one, you won't be disappointed! :)
