OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private outdoor patio with loungers, table and chairs for 6.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
-Sofa with large TV

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (3)
Casa Mar sleeps 6 guests in comfortable beds. The 3 bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and High chair on site
- Additional Premium air mattress on request.

BATHROOMS: (2)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout, great for Zoom calls.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is all yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide two garbage bins in front of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking for 2 cars is provided in the 2 spots in front of the house. Any additional street parking must be in metered spots.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. If you are having purchases delivered, please use the office address at Valgal 66 N. Federal Hwy. Dania Beach FL 33004, in the event they arrive before or after your visit.

Great location! Literally steps from the broadwalk and sand. Very clean and updated house. We rented for a weekend work trip and couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Will definitely rent again if it’s available!

They cancelled my paid for reservation 30 minutes before check in time. I drove 10 hours to stay in this place. No one at property or at VRBO would answer my calls. Worse travel experience I’ve had in 50 years.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house. It's close to the beach and Broadwalk. Some ceiling fans or floor fans would be nice for the bedrooms. Other than that, we have no suggestions. We had a couple minor things come up, the they were handled promptly. Super friendly rental company. We have stayed with Val Gal several times now and recommend them to friends and family.

Not lake or ocean front. But less than a block from the ocean. Fantastic location for this property close to dining the beach lots of activities. The unit is pretty basic nice touch with TVs in all the rooms. It was advertised as having 2 rooms with queen beds and one room with two twins, but there were only full-size beds in two rooms and one bed had one twin bed. I understand from the notes that you can request another bed for the twin room, but just be aware. It only sleeps five without requesting other accommodations. Very clean everything‘s new great place just a little off in there listings.

Great Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property looked and felt like home. It was the perfect place to stay as a family. We love the beach- which was super close and we were able to come back easily for lunch and breaks from the sun. Perfect place to go visit the small businesses, eat great food and walks, bike rides on the Broadwalk. The property was clean and the location quiet .The appliances were new and well maintained, the beds and furniture were comfortable. Val Gal was great to work with, and responsive to any questions and request from the very beginning through our trip. I have already recommended them to our friend who frequent the area.

October 2024 Stay

The house is nicely updated but small. Two twins is a bit misleading as it’s two thin IKEA like mattresses on a trundle without linens and leave no other room in the bedroom. There’s a separate living space/apartment on the property and it wasn’t disclosed another person would be occupying. Bring your own toiletries, there’s nothing provided to get you started other than a roll of TP and some dish detergent. The location is great but for the price, you could find something else comparable.

Great location, steps away from the broadwalk and beach. House is mostly well appointed with nice appliances. 3 of 4 beach chairs were damaged/unusable, we contacted the host and she promptly delivered 4 new ones. We also requested 2 additional blankets which were promptly delivered. Couch is soiled, stained and frankly, unseemly. 3rd bedroom is very small. Plumbing work to the sewer line from house to city connection happened during our stay. This required the driveway to be dug up. The owner (Angelo) told us we would have to park on the street at our cost, but parking was included in the cost of the rental. After a brief argument, he relented and had us park up the street at another house he owns. Somewhat inconvenient but we got by ok. The plumbing work was supposed to be completed on Friday but extended until Saturday at about 7pm. On that Saturday we were unable to use the toilets or showers until 7pm. This was a major inconvenience. The host (Valgal) texted me that she would refund some money for the inconvenience but she never did. She also didn't explain why she changed her mind about the refund.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was just right for our two families (two adults, one teenage daughter per family so 6 total). We had everything we needed, including plenty of beach chairs and towels. My only suggestion would be more seating in the living area to match the number of people the house sleeps. We sat outside most of the time if we were at the house, so it didn't bother us at all, but if we wanted to spend time all together inside, there wasn't a place for everyone to be seated comfortably. Overall, it's wonderful house, and we would stay here again! This was our 3rd or 4th time to rent through ValGal, and we have always been very satisfied.
