Bedroom #1 is on the first floor with a twin trundle bed for 2 guests. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, which is also accessible from the kitchen.

Upstairs, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and dresser, while Bedroom #3 offers a king bed and dresser. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower serves the upstairs. Both bedrooms include TVs for streaming your favorite shows.

Off the kitchen, enjoy a sunny sunroom with a picnic table—a great spot to plan your day or enjoy breakfast.

The fenced backyard is perfect for outdoor fun with a deck, patio seating, gas grill, fire pit, and a large enclosed shower for rinsing off after the beach.

"This home was an excellent, dog-friendly option for us and we had a great stay. Visiting family on the Cape, it was a centrally-located spot just a bike ride or walk to downtown Hyannis, very close to the lovely Craigville Beach and Craigville General Store. The house had everything we needed –comfortable with the AC for the summer, nice backyard and well set up for grilling and spending time with loved ones. Property leads/owners were great in setting this up with just a few days' notice as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
