This backyard is the perfect outdoor retreat, featuring an enclosed outside shower for a refreshing rinse after the beach. The spacious deck includes a dining table with an umbrella for shaded meals, a gas grill for easy barbecues, and a cozy sectional sofa surrounding a beautiful gas firepit, ideal for relaxing evenings under the stars.

The Seaside Park neighborhood is a hidden gem, featuring a private beach just a short stroll away. With picnic tables and kayaks available, it is the perfect spot for a day of seaside fun. If you do not feel like walking, grab one of the bikes provided by the homeowner.

"This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the private backyard for dining, reading, playing games and hanging out by the firepit. The neighborhood was great for walking and bicycling. The location was centrally located on the Cape with an easy ride to Chatham, Provincetown and Falmouth. There are many great restaurants and activities to enjoy in the Hyannis area. We really enjoyed our vacation and can’t wait to return to the Cape!!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
