Welcome to this beautifully remodeled Cape Cod home, perfectly located in the desirable Aves neighborhood of West Hyannis Port. The expansive farmer’s porch, complete with rocking chairs, sets the perfect tone for a relaxing vacation. Sip your morning coffee or unwind with an afternoon cocktail as you take in the charming neighborhood surroundings.

Step inside to a tastefully decorated living room featuring cozy sofas and a large flat-screen TV. The open-concept layout flows into a spacious dining area with a large table, ideal for family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, ample counter space, and everything you need for home-cooked meals.

Off the kitchen, a bright sitting room awaits, stocked with board games, books, and an additional TV—perfect for family game nights or a quiet reading spot.

Down the hall are three comfortable bedrooms and two updated bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed in calming tones, a flat-screen TV, and a newly remodeled bathroom with a large shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a crisp coastal design. The third bedroom is great for kids or larger groups, offering two sets of bunk beds: one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-queen. A second updated full bath with a shower, plus a convenient washer/dryer, complete this level.

The backyard is an outdoor retreat. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, then gather on the deck with dining table, umbrella, gas grill, and a cozy sectional surrounding the firepit—perfect for evenings under the stars.

"This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the private backyard for dining, reading, playing games and hanging out by the firepit. The neighborhood was great for walking and bicycling. The location was centrally located on the Cape with an easy ride to Chatham, Provincetown and Falmouth. There are many great restaurants and activities to enjoy in the Hyannis area. We really enjoyed our vacation and can’t wait to return to the Cape!!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
