The Space:
NOTE: The building lift will be out of service between 22 September and 15 December 2025 for replacement works. Contractors will be on site Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

Guest Access:
A fob is located in the lockbox to access the building and an electronic door lock to access the apartment door.
The unit is located on the third floor accessible by either the elevator or the stairs.

Bin Days: General - Mon, Wed, Fri; Recycling - Mon.
Parking: Check availability. May be able to assist if you ask in advance.
Security: Cameras in common areas
Accessibility: 3rd floor accessible via lift.
Amenities: Amenities only restocked at the start of stay.

CHECK-IN TIME
- from 3 pm onwards.
- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.

CHECK-OUT TIME
- until 10 am.
- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.

GUESTS
- Guests have to fill out the check-in form and supply their ID at least 24 hrs before the check-in.
- Please do not book on behalf of other people, your children etc.
- Companies are welcome once they book under the travellers' names.

RULES
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- No parties.
- Visitors are not allowed to overnight.
- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.

PARKING
-This apartment does not come with a parking bay. Although, parking can be arranged by contacting our host when you make your booking, there is a fee of $15 per night. It is subject to availability. (Vertical Clearance: 2 meters)
