Inside, the open-plan studio is warm and inviting, filled with natural light and peaceful garden views. A comfortable queen bed with fresh linens, and a sofa bed that can be made up to comfortably accommodate additional guests if needed.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge, stovetop and essential utensils, making it easy to enjoy simple meals. A small dining area sits nearby, ideal for slow breakfasts or relaxed dinners after a day exploring the hills.

The private bathroom includes a shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.

Step outside onto your private patio, where you can sip your morning coffee surrounded by greenery, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine as the garden settles into silence and the stars come out. It’s a space designed to slow you down.

- Check-in is after 3 pm.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. - Early check-in can be requested.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- Check-out is 10 am.

- Late check-out can be requested.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.

- Security camera overlooking common areas outside.
