House 14 - Luxe Villa offers you absolute beachfront location with panoramic views of Geographe Bay. You are just a few steps from the water's edge and 1 km from central Dunsborough. This 6 bedroom (two with ensuite), 4 bathroom contemporary house easily accommodates 12 guests in roomy comfort and luxury.

With wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning a heated spa and solar heated plunge pool you and your guests will be comfortable, whatever the season. Outside there are sun lounges, alfresco dining table and chairs and a fully equipped gas barbecue with sink, making entertaining a sheer delight.

Direct access to the beachfront allows you to take a leisurely walk into Dunsborough, or the other way to the Old Dunsborough boat ramp. For the more adventurous there is direct access to a number of more challenging walks through Meelup National Park and along the coast to Eagle Bay and beyond.

If you wish to bring your boat, the house has its own mooring in sight.
