The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, walk-in closet, and soft lighting for a restful atmosphere. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed, while the third is ideal for families or groups, offering a queen bed plus twin bunk beds.
The open-concept living room includes plenty of seating and a 55" Smart TVâperfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. High-speed Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) ensures smooth connectivity for work or play. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals.

Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Portable AC unit - best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
