The Space:
Welcome to this spacious, single-level 3-bedroom, 2-bath home designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, walk-in closet, and soft lighting for a restful atmosphere. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed, while the third is ideal for families or groups, offering a queen bed plus twin bunk beds.

The open-concept living room includes plenty of seating and a 55" Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. High-speed Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) ensures smooth connectivity for work or play. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals.

A dedicated game room adds extra fun with a full-size pool table and a convertible ping pong setup. Step outside to a private patio with a BBQ grill and a 7-person hot tub—ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying evenings under the stars.

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.

House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: The Primary Guest or the person booking must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate the reservation if you do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

NO SMOKING is allowed INSIDE. Smoking is permitted outside, and we have provided a receptacle for your convenience.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Portable AC unit - best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Dirty rodent infested

Dirty, smelly water, Rodents, horrible manager, listing not accurate at all. Yard is all scatchy weeds. House smells bad. Dirty dishes, Moldywasher.

Experience the country life with all the comforts

This place is a perfect location for you and your family to experience the country life out west. It has everything you would expect from a country setting. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal or warm up leftovers. The hot tub was a nice bonus. But the best part was the view of the mountains and the gorgeous horses in the neighboring field. The horses would come to the fence and look at us, and we would spend hours watching them. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The views of the distant mountains were absolutely breathtaking. Some of the things I liked most were the fast internet, the hot tub, the gorgeous views, and the big fenced-in yard, which provided privacy for us to just have fun and make wonderful memories. 5/5 stars ..

Family vacation

The description said a stocked kitchen for all our meal prepping … was far from stocked , no paper towels, no trash bags, a sponge to clean the dishes ( there was a bottle brush though ) , not even dishwasher soap. We ended up buying what we needed, which is fine .. but don’t advertise it then . Don’t worry though , for all the minor inconvenience there’s a new pack of cigs in the cabinet for you though.Also the kitchen disposable or dishwasher had a nasty smell. Hot tub didn’t keep up with temp at all , so we were only able to use it for one night. The highest temp it reached was only 92. Yes I understand that if it’s cold outside, hot tubs struggle .. if that’s the case, make it seasonal. If you know this hot tub isn’t going to stay hot. The hot tub was the main reason my husband booked the place , so he was annoyed with that .The bbq grill was missing the hose for the propane, which he contacted the owner .. basically got a sorry for the inconvenience.. so we couldn’t even grill, which we already bought stuff to grill . someone seriously needs to walk the house before letting it be booked.I will say the neighborhood itself was peaceful and quiet . We enjoyed that part . Kids enjoyed the game room as well.
