This rental was amazing. So very nice. I felt like we were at a four or five star resort hotel. Everything was stocked and was a nice surprise. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very comfortable and cozy. I wouldn't have changed anything other than a Christmas tree would have been a nice surprise. Haha

Great house and very comfortable! The beds were nice and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The downstairs tv and game room was fun. It is a bit out of town. It seems like everything we wanted to go to was a 25-30 minute drive.

Very nice place to stay. The back and front yards have a sprinkler system so the grandkids didn't get to play in the backyard because it was to wet. Plenty of space for everyone and the house is very neat and clean.

Superb in all ways

Great, great, great stay. Location was excellent. House was huge and immaculately clean. We wanted for nothing in the home. Communication was clear and timely. Will book again in the future for all our stays in the Colorado Springs area.

Beautiful Home

This house is amazing. From the oversized two master bedrooms, to the game room basement or the gas fire place and fully stocked pantry. This place had it all. Great location. The owners provided some recommendations for local places to visit and were extremely helpful.

Clean property exactly as advertised.

There were five of us who came and went mostly separately. Entry was easy and the house and neighborhood were quiet. Plenty of towels and sheets available. No complaints and will plan to stay again!

Super. Clean and very nice location.We had problems with front door code wasn’t working at all and their heater had issues.We had use lock box key and that didn't work good at all.ending up using garage door..We had reported to maintenance and they took care this very next day.

Mini vacation to see family

Had a great stay in this beautiful home. Home was cleaned and well stocked, neighborhood was quiet and clean. Close to many stores and restaurants. Plenty of room for our 9 children, and the games were a nice bonus. Property manager was very nice and prompt at answering questions. Definitely would stay again in the future.

Multiple Family Shared Vacation

Went on vacation with our family and a friend's family. This house was perfect. The basement was a haven for the kids. They loved the TV area, the games, and the library! The house was spacious and allowed all of us our own space while also having gathering spaces. Would highly recommend for multiple families traveling together!

Milam Wedding Party

This home is modern, cozy and beautifully decorated. It was conveniently located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and dining. It had absolutely everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large enough to accommodate our group of 7 adults and 4 children. Bruce and Beth of Superior Rental Services were our guest contacts and they were super quick to respond to our questions and take care of us. Probably one of our best VRBO experiences. Highly recommend!!

100% as advertised, which is to say it was great.

The two contacts for issues were 100% on top of any concern we had. Which were very little. The place was sparkling clean, and there was a reasonable amount of snacks, coffee and tea so we did not have to run out to the store our first day there. We end up cooking a couple means there and we were very happy with the kitchen. If we ever end up near Colorado Springs in the future, we would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful House

For just my wife and I, this size of house was kind of overkill, but the location for our stay was excellent. This is a beautifully decorated house and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The neighborhood seemed fairly quiet which is something we look for when staying somewhere. We also appreciated the ability to use the garage for parking and the complementary snacks, coffee and tea in the kitchen was a nice touch. Just one minor thing that I would’ve liked to have seen is a trash container in the master bathroom. However, if needed and available, we would definitely stay here again. It’s really that nice.

Beautiful Property

We stayed here for 7 nights while visiting our son. The home is so beautiful. Plenty of room for all of us to have some space and a great common area for hanging out together. Whoever decorated this home did a beautiful job, tastefully done with attention to detail that we don't normally see in rentals. We usualy cook our meals and this kitchen had eveything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and blankets. Gas fireplace was nice on cold mornings.Washer and dryer, with provided soap for laundry. Large dining room table for games and meals. The neighborhood seemed fairly new and quiet. I can only say good things about this property, you won't be disappointed!
