It welcomes guests in search of an immersion into beauty and minimalism and offers spectacular views of the Bali Sea with the majestic Bali volcanoes and coastline as a unique backdrop.
While the sight of the waves crashing against the rocks never cease to impress, dolphins & turtles can be spotted at times ... a true gift from Nature for the lucky ones.
Villa Luna boasts eco-friendly structures including solar panels that generate most of its electricity and a water desalination system providing fresh and potable water throughout the property.

Upon your arrival in Lembongan, we will provide complimentary transportation to Villa Luna Lembongan, ensuring a seamless and convenient start to your stay. One free complimentary pick up per stay at your port of arrival on the island or from your Hotel in Lembongan.

To ensure seamless access to these streaming services & gaming options, guests are advised to bring their own login credentials and passwords. This will allow them to log in to their personal accounts & make the most of the available entertainment options on the SMART TV.

There are 6 independent bedrooms with AC & en suite bathrooms, all NON-SMOKING: 4 of them are located in the main villa (Joglo) while 2 others are located in independent bungalows

House Rules:
We remind you that guests should respect the host property
* The maximum capacity of this villa is 18 people
* Each extra guest beyond guest number 12 is charged 30usd/day.
* Check in time 2pm
* Check out time is 10am, at the latest!! Late check will not be accepted if we have a check in on the same day as it puts a lot of pressure on the cleaning staff. If authorized, extra charge will apply
* Pets are not allowed
* No smoking in bedrooms & bathrooms
* As we respect our environment with Bali's fresh water supply reaching very low level especially during the dry season linens and towels will be changed every 3 days, unless asked otherwise, Charges apply. Txs for your cooperation.
* Treat our villa as if it was your home. Please keep our villa clean and safe. Don't let stale food in the open air and don't let food/beverages spilled/drying up on tables/kitchen counter as it attracts ants and insects and it stains the furniture. Keep the garbage bin area located in the kitchen clean. We provide our guests with a clean environment and we expect our guests to leave our place clean too. Our staff cleans the villa every day but this should not be an invitation to leave the space untidy.

* Break it/Pay it policy
* Guests cannot play loud music that could disturb the neighbors
* Parties / events must be authorized (charges might apply)
* Transportation service and picking up your orders from shops or restaurants is NOT INCLUDED

Very important reminder:
* Guests should not disturb common spaces, treat neighbors as “front desk staff,” create a pervasive nuisance for those around them, or persistently fail to respond to neighbour or community concerns. As hosts and members of our local community, we are responsible for our guests’ behavior towards our neighborhood.
* Fireworks, fire entertainment or fire games are strictly forbidden
In case of violation of these House Rules, our manager will hand you a written warning notice. In case of repeated violation, we will cancel your booking and organize your immediate departure without refund

A few recommendations that we encourage you to observe during your stay to make it as comfortable as possible:
* Close your doors & windows at all times to avoid mosquitoes from getting inside your bedroom or bathroom.
* Close your doors & windows at all times to keep your bedroom at a comfortable temperature, should you be using the AC. Our AC are cleaned regularly. However, letting warm air getting inside your bedroom makes their functioning less effective.
* Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.
* The main villa living area is semi-open with no AC. However ceiling fans are available and the sliding glass door can be opened, allowing the natural breeze to flow throughout the space.
* Whilst usually short, occasional blackouts can happen on Lembongan. The lithium-battery backup providing continuity of services for all essential services. AC will not operate during blackout).

- Q: What is the Check-in time?
-A: Check-in time is at 2pm at the earliest. Arriving earlier? You can drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in, we will try to accommodate you but can’t promise/subject to the villa availability.

- Q: What is the Check-out time?
- A: Our check-out time is at 10am at the latest. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 10am – 3pm, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 3pm, will be charged at a full nightly rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us.

- Q : Do we have daily housekeeping service ?
- A : The cleaning of the villa happens once daily. Note that our staff will not attend to your needs all day long.
The villa manager is reachable through What's app. He will be pleased to assist with your requests, but he does not reside on site. Your night guard, who resides on site, will take care of your requests at night.
