Sea Dancer is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo less than half a block from the beach,
featuring an open-concept kitchen for easy meal prep, high ceilings, & all-
tile floors.
*Stylish decor & updated bathrooms
*Beds: king in the master, 2 twins 2nd bedroom, pullout in the living room, + airbed. Up to 6 guests
*Private back patio w/ gas grill
*Nice pool
*Washer &dryer; WiFi + living room w/Smart TV. Pet friendly

The Space:
Sea Dancer #10 is our partially remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located
less than a 5-minute walk from the beach!
The condo is perfect for couples or small groups of family and friends,
accommodating up to 6 people.
The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite
bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher,
pots, pans, etc for convenient vacation meals that save hassle, time & money.
Watch TV around the flat screen in the living room, or relax on the couch with
a good book. The living room includes a sofa sleeper and an airbed with pump;
please bring bedding if you plan to use them all other bedding is provided.
The kitchen has an eat-in counter with a secondary dining table so everyone
can sit
Just off the living room is a large private patio with a gas BBQ grill for
easy cooking; please bring an LP tank if you want to use it as we do not
provide.
The deck offers great seating to enjoy the island climate. Need to get some
work done? The internet/wifi can help you sneak it in, though the connection
with Spectrum wifi may occasionally be spotty on the Island.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks under the sun or stars. Take a
refreshing dip or soak up the warm South Padre Island sun by the pool on the
property with sun loungers.
Pets are allowed (maximum 2 dogs); please read the house rules for extra rules
for pets and other details and the additional fee(s) they carry.
South Padre Island offers many attractions, from Sea Turtle Inc. to the Beach
Park at Isla Blanca with its lazy river, and dolphin tours and fishing
excursions. From your door, walk down to local shops, restaurants,
entertainment, nightlife, and the beach!
Please ask about off-season discounts from Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stays over 4
nights, as well as our special military discounts & tackle football coach

Let us disclose a few things about this property for your information:
This is a second-floor unit that requires going up a flight of stairs.
There are 2 off-street parking spaces if you park the vehicle's front to back.
A golf cart is included in that count + if you park off the side of the street
you can get towed ($315 fee)
The Internet with Spectrum can be unreliable, though usually it is fine.
Parking is free, but there is no guest parking.
The condo is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre
Blvd 78597, and we provide towels, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, trash
bags, and dishwasher pods though it is not unlimited nor replenished.
Primary tenant that books must be 25 years of age or older to book due to HOA
rules. Maximum occupancy is 6 people, including infants; exceeding this limit
may result in eviction.
Each person is required to pay a $35 HOA security wristband fee during March,
Easter week, or Semana Santa. This does not apply any other time of the year.
If you have pets (maximum 2), read the house rules carefully to avoid any
issues and a fee of $75 per pet is charged.
Our City of South Padre Short Term Rental License is available upon request.
You must digitally sign a rental agreement and attach a photo ID to verify
age, or send a picture of your ID through messaging, or visit our office to
present ID between 9 am and 5 pm.
