MT Baldy Beach is just a 3 minute drive from property, 5 minute drive to Michigan City's Washington Park Beach entrance /Zoo/Casino/Outlet Mall. This property is ideal for families or groups looking to relax and enjoy all that Lake Michigan and Northwest IN has to offer. Looking to fish? Trailer and vehicle will fit in driveway.

We were going to Notre Dame for a college visit and football game. You place was halfway between Chicago (our airport) and Notre Dame.

Trip to Indiana 2024

This is a very quaint smaller home with all the basic amenities we needed and wanted for our trip to the Dunes. We enjoyed being together in a home versus a hotel and lounging on the outdoor patio or watching a movie after a long day of hiking. Super clean and advertising was true to its word. The area was low key (just the way we wanted it) but left us lacking for nothing. My first dive into VRBO was a success!

July 4th Weekend

My friends and I were looking for a long weekend getaway. We settled on Michigan City, IN and found this quaint home away from home. The property is nice maintained and the interior is as pictured. Kitchen is well stocked to make food there. Overall our stay was good, however there is some work to be done. When first walking into the house, it smelled of marijuana and remained that way until we departed. One of the basement chairs provided was broken and still placed out. One of the bed frames was also broken and was “fixed” with a piece of plywood that didn’t not fit the needs of the metal frame. All of these issues were brought to the owners attention, so I hope they have been fixed by the time you stay there!
