The inviting living area features soaring vaulted ceilings, tasteful décor, and a plush sofa with a queen sleeper to accommodate additional guests, along with extra seating for relaxing after a day on the island. Two sliding glass doors lead out to a large private balcony with beautiful views of the pool and lagoon—an ideal spot to unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. The adjacent dining area continues the bright, airy feel and comfortably seats four for meals or game nights.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer makes extended stays easy. The spacious primary suite offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and cozy carpeting, creating a restful retreat. A full bathroom just outside the bedroom offers plenty of space to get ready for your day.

Guests can enjoy access to on-site tennis courts and a sparkling community pool, all within close proximity to the best of Sea Pines. First the positives...the rental agency was very easy to work with and prompt when addressing any questions or issues. The rental has a nice bedroom and bathroom with plenty of closet space and open space. The deck is awesome, sunny in the mornings and shady in the evenings, with no dirty leaves dropping on it like some in the area. The downsides to this rental are not huge negatives, but could be something that are remedied. The large window on the left side of the sliding doors to the deck has lost its seal, so there is a large blemish when looking out the window. The screens covering the windows also are a little damaged, so if you are trying to cover the blemished window, the screen is also not great to look at. The furnishings are sparse, which you can see by the photos. Not terribly comfortable in the living area. The hope is always that you will be outside more than inside but with a few cold and rainy days in March, we did need to use the living room more. The blinds in the bedroom were also broken, so we needed to keep them closed for our stay. The carpets and slipcovers could be cleaned or refreshed, but I do understand that this is a dog-friendly property so some wear and tear is expected.

We’ve forwarded the concerns to our maintenance and housekeeping teams and will do the following: - Inspect and replace the window sealing as needed and repair/replace the damaged screens. - Replace the broken bedroom blinds. - Deep-clean the carpets and slipcovers and evaluate any items that need replacement. - Review the living-room furnishings to improve comfort while preserving the home’s open feel. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very solid. Unit was clean and in good condition. Centrally located on the island.One negative comment: the pillows definitely need to be upgraded and the mattress was very uncomfortable.However, I understand it is a high volume rental so durability is difficult to manage.

Clean but not my Favorite

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was clean and up to date in decor. Pros:Good LocationLayout was good for family of 4 with pull out sofaLarge ShowerCons:Faucet Handle broke The shower head worked but not the sprayer on it Bed was extremely firm temperpedic, if that’s your thing, great, but we woke up with aches from it. Again, it was clean and did the job for a weekend but I wouldn’t have chosen this location again for my longer summer stays.

Thank you for your review, Taylor! I'm glad you enjoyed the location. I do hope you reported these issues to the company during your stay so that we could address them for you. As far as mattresses, it's such a personal choice there really is no way to make everyone happy. I'll read reviews that a mattress is too firm then another review that it's perfect. We hope this doesn't deter you from using our company again and maybe trying a different rental!

Working with the property management staff was great however the condo needs some deep cleaning. I gave them a list of items while I was staying there which included stains in the carpetand the inability to open the windows. Since I was staying for 2 weeks I decided to buy carpet cleaner myself. But the place needs a deep cleaning. The carpet, the sofa and the rug. Otherwise, a great place to stay, close to tennis and pickleball and Harbor Town.
