Located on Darian Road in the heart of Torquay, this townhouse is just a short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and all the best local spots. With three bedroomsâincluding a main with balcony accessâit comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and has air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.
Upstairs you'll find all the bedrooms, a central bathroom, plenty of storage, and a balcony with a glimpse of the water. Downstairs has a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, a cosy living room, laundry, extra toilet, and a private patio to enjoy the coastal breeze.
The Space:
Welcome to our coastal townhouse nestled in the heart of 'Old Torquay', just a short walk away from Torquay's beautiful beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants that make this town so special.
This trendy and cozy retreat boasts three spacious bedrooms upstairs. Two are furnished with comfortable queen-size beds whilst the third bedroom has a queen bed, single bed and a single trundle bed. The main bedroom has access to a balcony offering views of Torquay and an egg swing chair for you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine. Upstairs, you'll also find a shared bathroom complete with a bath, shower and toilet.
Downstairs the open plan dining and kitchen area is light-filled and inviting. Inside the kitchen you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. This includes modern appliances such as a fridge, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave and more. Enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar or take a seat in the dining area with ample seating for all guests.
The living room is also downstairs offering a great space to sit back and relax with a good book or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. The nice wooden floors add warmth and character to the space, creating an inviting atmosphere for all guests. For added comfort there's a laundry and additional toilet/shower downstairs.
Outside discover a small deck with furniture and pool table.
This home has also been recently fitted with air-conditioning and new blinds making it an even more comfortable retreat for travelers. With its prime location, comfortable amenities, and relaxed vibes, our townhouse is the ideal retreat for your Torquay getaway.

Getting Around:
It is best to have a car to explore the Great Ocean Road. Nearby beaches, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance.

- Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Single Bed, Single Trundle Bed (Sleeps 4).
The trundle bed will need to be made by guests - linen is provided in the cupboard.
Please also note this property has one flight of stairs. All bedrooms are located on the top floor.
