Comfortably furnished and well-appointed throughout, large windows invite natural light into every space. Upstairs is where everyone comes together in the family room, with an adjoining meals area that flows outside to the sunny deck for BBQs and entertaining. Split system heating-cooling to the main living hub is ideal for all seasons, with comfortable new couches to watch TV (Foxtel and Netflix connectivity) after days exploring the coast. Central heating covers the entire house keeping it cosy in winter.
The kitchen oversees all the activity, with quality appliances and a Nescafe Degusto coffee pod machine (some pods provided). Fully equipped crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware are just some of the inclusions you can expect to find.
Three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels (BYO beach towels). Positioned for privacy and retreat, the spacious master bedroom is upstairs with a King size bed, TV (Foxtel and Netflix connectivity), ceiling fan, large ensuite with spa bath and a convenient guest powder room. Two more bedrooms are located on the ground floor; A Queen bedroom has a TV (free to air channels only), while the other large bedroom has a Queen bed and Single bed (suitable for child only) with private access to the fully fenced north facing courtyard outside for morning coffee. These rooms are serviced by a bathroom which includes all toiletries with shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.
As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.
Getting Around:
'Holiday Haven' is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and shops. Parking is available for 2 cars maximum per stay on the driveway (no access to locked garage).
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
