We welcome guests that meet the below criteria to use instant booking, all others please message first prior to booking.

Just a stone's throw away from Sorrento's picturesque beaches, vibrant town center, and the infamous Koonya General Store. Awake to the sound of lapping waves and the radiant sunshine flowing into your sanctuary.

Bedding Configuration:
The master suite, a dream of luxury, offers an ensuite bathroom, adding an extra layer of privacy and convenience
Bedroom 2 - King bed that can be split into two singles
Bedroom 3 - King bed that can be split into two singles
Bedroom 4 - has 4 sets of built in bunks
In total, the house comfortably sleeps 14 guests making it perfect for family gatherings or group vacations.
There are three full bathrooms downstairs including an ensuite, large bathroom and a smaller bathroom. Upstairs in the main living area there is a powder room.

Lounge around in one of two comfortable living areas, whip up some meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or engage in playful banter over games.

This property is the perfect venue for yoga retreats, corporate retreats, family reunions, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.
