Situé sur la falaise au-dessus du célèbre sable Rathtrevor Beach, notre lumineuse confortable condo de trois chambres offre tout le confort de la maison. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de marche du Tigh Na Mara Spa (classé n ° 1 au Canada), de la plage et du parc provincial de Rathtrevor, de nombreux parcours de golf pittoresques et d'activités familiales comme le mini-golf. Aussi, nous sommes sûrs que vous apprécierez le légendaire Black Goose Pub (construit en 1926) à seulement 5 minutes à pied de chez nous!

Notre belle maison dispose de deux chambres à l'étage principal et une chambre et den au deuxième étage, plus un canapé-lit dans le salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée, télévision par câble, avec DVD et Nintendo Wii, laveuse et sécheuse, accès sans fil gratuit, téléphones directs avec appels locaux gratuits. Tous les draps, literie et ustensiles de cuisine inclus.

Great place to stay. Minutes walk to the beach or spa. Well equipped home. Great communication with host. 5 of us were very comfortable in this quiet community. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and playground. We stayed a week and would love to come back. If we could we'd give it 10 stars!

Very nice and quiet, amazing pool!!

Very nice and quiet place to stay! A bit of a steep hike up and down to the beach but well worth it! Condo had everything in it that we needed: high chair and playpen for baby, and even towels, chairs and toys for the beach. The pool and hot tub were absolutely fabulous, the cleanest we’ve ever used!! Definitely recommend, we would stay here again!

Nice beachside getaway

My friend and I rented this cottage for a sunny weekend in September. The pictures are pretty accurate, the space is clean and well-maintained with nice furniture. The location is great, just a short walk to rathtrevor and the beach.

Pretty Perfect Parksville

Great accommodation ! Short walk to awesome beach, updated kids play area, and newly renovated outdoor pool complete with hot tub and new change rooms. Townhouse very well suited for our four adults and two kids, but could easily handle more. Owner, is wonderful and was great to work with.

Amazing family holiday

We rented this unit and a a two bedroom unit from the same owner for a 7 day holiday with extended family. Our group ranged from 3 to 75 yrs old, and everyone had a great time. All interactions with the owner were great. The unit was well appointed, and the location was perfect. Being close to both the pool and beach access, kept everyone happy. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great Stay

Had a great month stay at Sandy’s place. Lots of room to move around in this three bedroom unit. When we first arrived there was some items missing from the kitchen but Sandy was quick to respond and had the items dropped off to us. Upstairs was a nice treat to have the large bedroom and your own bathroom and sitting area. The resort was quiet and grounds were well maintained. I would still stay here again if we came back to the island for a visit.

Fabulous location in Parksville

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and these accommodations were perfect. I've never done a VRBO before. This resort was great - quiet, great pool, good beach access. The condo was superb. Everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. It truly felt like a home away from home. Close enough to the southern end of Parksville that my teenagers just walked into town some days. The owner was terrific with communication and helping us out. Would definitely book this again!

A family birthday celebration on the May long weekend

We loved everything about the place, the unit was perfect, the family with children and grandma were downstairs, and a couple had the quiet space upstairs. The pool and playground were used daily, and the beach at very low tide was wonderful, especially with such good weather. Our wagon was definitely useful to carry beach items. The owner was on site the first day and we enjoyed meeting her; she was prompt to help when needed.

A family home away

We just returned from our third annual stay at this property. This year the pool was open and what a great job the resort has done of that. Beautiful landscaping and a larger heated pool with a new hot tub and outbuildings. They really outdid themselves it’s fantastic. No other pool like it in the Parksville area. The house/condo/townhouse/rental was as always filled with everything that we could need and that is a great thing because we are able to pack lite. There is tons of room for us to move around and get some time to ourselves. Everyone has a space. But there is ample room to gather also. Sandy is an amazing host. And it’s our pleasure to return again

Pleasant Stay in Parksville

Convenient location with beach access (short walk to beach). Beds were very comfortable, very clean unit. Our group of 5 family members were very happy with the rental. Cooked breakfast and dinner every day. Saw rabbits, squirrels and a deer in the grass area in front of the units. Kitchen table with seating for 6. No problems with air quality in spite of fire by Cameron Lake to the West. Highway 4 was closed due to fire but re-opened on June 23 (but only a single lane). Very few cons: --downstairs area with kitchen/living room was a bit cramped --not able to stream movies in spite of great wifi. Need Roku or similar

This is a 3 Bedroom unit and in the kitchen area we have a table that can sit 6 people and that does take up some space .Upstairs we have a second living room where you can go and relax as well. First time won't be our laat

We arrived at the property early as Sandy had gone above and beyond to contact us to let us know her unit was available ahead of check in time, which was very much a welcome surprise and appreciated. The unit was clean and spacious and had ample room for the four of us to spread out and relax. Sandy's unit is well stocked with beach chairs, towels and a cooler, laundry supplies, bathroom supplies, ample towels, and almost every kitchen gadget you could need (though it could use a new non stick frying pan and a good clean of the BBQ grills which we chose not to use). The location of the unit at Ocean Trails is ideal. Close, but not right across from the pool area. The beach access, though a steep walk down and up to the beach, leads out onto lovely sand at low tide. We spent several days exploring Rathtrevor Beach at low tide, Cameron Lake, Top Bridge Park and Englishman River Regional Park. Great location to many sights and attractions. We also stayed at Sunrise Resort down the road during this trip and everyone preferred Sandy's place. We look forward to our next stay and will most definitely choose Sandy's place again.

Hello Caryn Thank you so much for your review. I have made notes about the BBQ GRILL and have instructed my cleaning lady to get a new Brush to clean the grills. The ones that we have now are worn out. Yes we will get a non stick frying pan . I am so glad that you and family had a great time and hopefully we can host you again. Oh yes we have one more 2 bedroom Unit # 33 that is right across the pool area. Its ideal for smaller families

Lovely homey comfortable and great host

We just had our second trip to this property. My husband and myself our teen boys and our seven-year-old daughter. This unit provides lots of space for a family of five to spread out. We parents need our privacy and the master suite is perfect for that. The kids all had room for themselves especially the boys who need a private space to hang out and be boys. The Decour is very comfortable and pleasing. The unit is extremely clean and Filled to the brim with everything that you could need. No need to bring beach towels or lawn chairs as those are provided. We really appreciate how much she has to offer so we don’t have to pack as much.. The fence around the patio means we get privacy from other guests and can relax. The new barbeque worked beautifully. Our host Sandy is a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. The new pool is a beautiful thing. The beach was wonderful and we spent many hours at the top bridge park potholes which we highly recommend. There are plenty of linens clean and fresh. Everything you need to entertain and cook if that’s what you want to do but the location means you don’t have to as there are lots of restaurants close by and a great ice cream shop just down the street at the mini golf. We have been going to Ocean trails for about 10 years and this is our favourite unit for sure. Thanks Sandy will see you next year

Perfect Family Holiday

This is a wonderful property to take a family. We felt comfortable to let our 9 year olds go to the park by themselves, the pool was lovely and clean and although you need some stamina to get back and forth to the beach with a wagon (very steep in parts), it is great to have access to the beach. Sandy's place is well laid out with a good variety of kitchen items (bring a coffee grinder if you need one) and a private table on the patio. Not much storage for dry food but if you bring a couple of see through plastic bins, you will be good to go. A couple of things needed attending to at the property and Sandy replied extremely fast and a handy man was there promptly. I was very impressed. All in all, a very comfortable vacation home. We were even greeted by a bottle of wine and a welcome note. We will be back next year. Thanks so much, Sandy!

Wonderful stay in Parksville

Thank you so much for welcoming us to your place. Our vacation was awesome. We had two families with 4 kids all together and there was plenty of space for everyone. Wonderful stay

As always, a fabulous rental in a perfect location. We've been 3 years in a row and always have the best time. The new pool reno is awesome!

Awesome stay in Parksville

The condo was very easy to find and was very inviting when we arrived. Everything was there that we required. Access to the hot tub was great and it was easy getting in and out of the coni. Sandy gave us all the info that we needed for a great stay.

A great dive trip

Sandy has a modern well appointed property. Cleaning was excellent and communications were on point.

Live, work, play. Words I live by. We live in Vancouver, BC about an hour and 45 mins (by ferry) to Nanaimo. We fell in love with island life during our frequent visits to our son's young family in Nanaimo. The tranquility of Parksville, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, really drew us. We have recently purchased this three bedroom condo to get away from the concrete jungle. Having been a Senior Travel Consultant for the past 30 years for a major Canadian travel agency, I love to travel. My work has provided me the opportunity to see the world, something I am extremely grateful for. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, travelling, and spending time with my family over wine, laughs and my husband's delicious cooking.
