Vous adorerez les vues, l'emplacement, l'espace extérieur et l'ambiance. Notre endroit est idéal pour les couples et les familles (avec des enfants)!

La propriété - Maison de plage entièrement mise à jour directement sur l'océan ... porte arrière s'ouvre sur la plage. Enroulez autour du pont avec vue sur l'océan pour les barbecues en soirée. Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous tout en regardant le meilleur coucher de soleil.

Master a un lit king avec une salle de bains et une porte coulissante sur le pont qui court le long de la maison du côté de la plage. Les chambres 2 et 3 disposent toutes de lits queen. Asseyez-vous et profitez de la terrasse de la cuisine ou de la chambre principale.

Le quartier - Quartier paisible et piétonnier, entouré du détroit de Géorgie, du parc provincial Rathtrevor Beach et de l'estuaire de la rivière Englishman, à la limite du centre-ville de Parksville. Participez à un programme sur la nature dans notre parc provincial, à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons. Montez à vélo en ville et découvrez les pittoresques petits magasins ou restaurants. Quiet Break

Well appointed home on the beach gave us the opportunity to completely unwind. Perfect setting for us, and we especially appreciated the quietness and the wildlife we saw.

Comfortable house in a magical setting

Our family (4 adults, 2 kids) had an incredible stay at Trisha's beach house. The place is perfectly set up for those arriving from near or far. Comfortable beds and furniture, ample kitchen supplies, great toys and games for the kids to enjoy. The lawn, beach and waterfront were great for everyone to enjoy. The deck space is amazing. The location is spectacular!! Incredible views in every direction including breathtaking sunsets. And the highlight just might be the friendly wildlife! Bunnies hopping around the back lawn and sea lions swimming by to greet us each evening! Very close to incredible Rathtrevor beach and the Parksville community park. We'll hope to be back :)

Amazing retreat with your own access to the beach.

This was a terrific place and very well appointed. It had a fantastic deck with a walk out to the beach. It was very private with beautiful views. It was an easy drive to Parksville and a great location. We would highly recommend this place. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Beachfront Beauty

Very happy with our stay - located right on the beach next to a nature sanctuary this property perfectly satisfied our need for a quiet and peaceful seaside getaway while still being close to all amenities in Parksville. Made a great home base for day trips to neighbouring cities and towns like Coombs, Qualicum Beach, Courtenay and Nanaimo. We lucked out and happened to be there during the once-in-a-generation solar storm-caused Aurora Borealis that lit up the dark skies over us in May of 2024, making memories (and great photos too) that will last a lifetime.

Perfect Get Away

We lucked out with a week of sunshine to enjoy walks on the beach and through the neighbourhood. Enjoyed watching seals and otters from the dining room windows. Beds were comfortable, the patio was the perfect spot to enjoy tea or just laze around reading. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Perfect Location

Perfect for families with young children as there is the beach, hot tub and lots of toys/games. For older visitors there is absolute peace and quiet with the best views on the island. Snow capped mountains behind the house and across on the mainland. The long beaches of Qualicum are just up the road and Cathedral Grove is a short drive. There are so many other activities nearby from golf to zip lining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Neil and Trisha were incredibly helpful. Highly recommended. We hope to return.

We had a wonderful time ....went for long walks through Rathtrevor Park every day .The house is located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood , and we loved the privet setting. It was perfect and we had everything we needed and more. Thank you Trish and Neil

Very private and relaxing vacation rental

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Our family loved the neighborhood and the private setting. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and more. Our teens really enjoyed the hot tub and beach front location. It was so amazing to see the sun set every night while enjoying a hot tub! The kids also really liked watching the rabbits, deer, seals, and various birds that frequented the area. Thank you Trish and Neil!!!!

Another incredible stay :)

This was our second time back with our family, Trisha and Neil are wonderful hosts and reply immediately when contacted. The house is stunning and excellently equipped with anything you may need. The beds are extremely comfortable and most of all we felt very safe, the Neigbor’s are very kind and the street is beautifully quiet. This time around we rented kayaks from Oceanside equipment in town and they had them delivered , highly recommend doing that if your staying here. The waters in the evening were so calm we were able to enjoy sunset paddles with our children and saw a ton of sea life, it was beautiful!!! We will defiantly be back again, it is our new family tradition :)

This warm and cosy Beach House property lived up to our expectations.

We have stayed in Parksville many times and it was our first time to stay here. We found the owners very accommodating and addressed any concerns we had. It is right on the beach and you could look out the window and watch nature pass you by. There were seals, sea lions, and sea otters. The bald eagles and gulls would swoop by patrolling the beach for their next meal. There is a lovely fenced grassy back yard that had frequent visits from rabbits. Enjoyed walks on the beach and the nearby forest of Rathtrevor Provincial Park. Also made use of the back yard Hot Tub. We stayed for the month of February 2019 which was visited by an unusual winter. The island locals told us that it was the coldest and snowiest on record. In spite of this it was still warmer than being home in Alberta at the time and the beauty with all the snow did not disappoint. My wife had brought her sewing machine and was able to get back to her quilting projects and I to my art. I signed up to take another watercolor course at TOSH gallery (The Old School House) in Qualicum Beach. It is a great place to visit with its classroom upstairs and galleries of art from local artist. Fantastic! There is also a hidden gem just around the corner from the Beach House within walking distance. It is called Englishman River Gallery located on a spit of land and open 10-5 most days. It is a home that was converted into a gallery. Hope to be back some day for a return visit.

Awesome property and well laid out for entertaining family and friends

Lovely Beach Side Paradise

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful beach side house. Everything you would ever need was supplied making the stay go smoothly and stress free. The house was well maintained and very clean. We loved waking up to such an amazing view and watching the seals swim by every morning. Trish and Neil were prompt with all communication and were very accommodating. The large fenced yard and beach toys kept our two children busy for hours. We would love to stay at this beautiful rental again one day and would most definitely recommend it to others. Family Getaway

We loved this home, it was nicely updated and had every convenience you could need for a wonderful vacation. The location could not have been better. The friendly town of Parksville within walk or easy drive had many grocery and restaurant choices. Great day excursions including the goats on the roof market, and don't miss a hike through the Cathedral Groves, stunning scenery. The fishing charter out of French Creek Marina with Captain Darryl was a highlight,spent a beautiful day on the water and caught a few tasty salmon. Butchart Gardens was a little further, but worth the drive. We sure hope to return to this beautiful spot someday.

So sad to leave.

This is our 3rd year staying at this oceanfront beach house and we're booked for next year already. We love the outdoor activities in the surrounding area. We make our annual pilgrimage to Coombs to see the goats on the roof; we visit Top Bridge and walk in the cool canyon beside the green pools of the Englishman River. We hike around Little Qualicum Falls and we explore the tide pools on the beaches below Madrona Point Road. We swim when the tide comes in over the warm sand, we pick blackberries, play bocce, read our books on the deck and watch the sunset from the hot tub. The location right on the water and so close to beautiful Rathtrevor Provincial Park is perfect for our grandchildren. The house is well-equipped and comfortable without being high-maintenance. Owners Trisha and Neil respond immediately to our needs. We are always so sad to leave.

A cozy waterfront oasis!

My mom, aunt, and I found this property to be a perfect spot for our two-week girls' vacation on Vancouver Island. It is a bright, well-stocked, clean home in the most serene location. While sitting on the deck, it's not uncommon to see deer, rabbits, bald eagles, and sea otters. At night, big cruise ships meander up the Strait of Georgia on their way to Alaska - always brightly lit against the dusk. On a clear day, the view offers snow-capped mountains from both the front and back yards. Although close to nature, we were only moments away from all amenities in Parksville. We also found the central location to be convenient for day trips, of which we took several. Would love to return to this tranquil spot by the water!

Perfect beach house for a family!

I stayed in oceanfront beach house in March 2018. It was a wonderful place to spend a weekend with my husband and 2 small daughters. The house is a great size, we discussed wanting to come back with grandparents next time! Trisha was a wonderful host. She checked in upon our arrival to make sure everything was alright. She answered our questions promptly and was knowledgeable about the area. The house had everything we could need for our children: a pack-n-play for our toddler and lots of baby/toddler toys. There were also outdoor toys that my toddler loved. The kitchen was fully stocked with pantry staples which allowed us to make full use of the view from the kitchen! We also enjoyed the selection of games available for all ages. The new hot tub was absolutely perfect. And the view....well what can I say about that! Amazing. We also really loved having Netflix available for our evening entertainment. We are definitely hoping to come back one day!

We love it here!!!

We stayed here for our third time!!! Cannot recommend this place more strongly. Trish is a great host, quick to respond and very accomodating. She has a very good idea of all of the sights, activities and vendors in the area. The home is set up with everything we could need for our family vacation. A very modern setup, with no sacrifices for leaving our own home. The location is excellent, close to everything, but just out of the hussle and bustle of downtown. We love how comfortable the home is and set up for complete relaxation, including the evenings in the hot tub, watching cruise ships pass by. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

We've booked our 3rd year already!

We have been vacationing in the Parksville area for 10 years. For the last 2 years we have enjoyed this property with our children and grandchildren and we have already booked again for next year. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable without being precious. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for family meals. The area is peaceful -- the only sound may be the cry of the eagles nearby. We beach-combed, flew a kite, walked and cycled on the forest trails of Rathtrevor Provincial Park just steps away. We made our annual pilgrimage to "Goats on the Roof", Bamboozle, and Cathedral Grove. We played bocce on the lawn and sat in the hot tub at sunset watching the cruise ships sail past. We had a wonderful holiday and all 3 generations were so sad to leave. Neil and Trisha responded to our questions within minutes, left a welcome card and bottle of wine, and asked for our feedback on the property. They are terrific hosts. Till next year!

Stunning views!

Beautiful views from this beach front property. We stayed for three nights and felt sad that we had to leave. The place is very clean and comfortable.
