The condo was great and the resort amenities and location were amazing. The view of the ocean from the balcony was so relaxing to watch while reading. Check in and out was very easy as was the code door system. The ice maker in the freezer worked really well

it clean and was a good size. the balcony was nice over looking the beach.the kitchen was good had a stove and oven full size fridge we didn't do any cooking we ate out the only thing for us we brought our own coffee but it wasn't a k-cup coffee maker i will be looking to stay there again in the future. pools were good and the host gave me all the information i needed to know he was great.

It was lovely! We had plenty of space for an extended weekend getaway. Plenty of pools and activities. Close proximity to tons of dining and shopping options. The room was clean. The only thing we noticed was the peephole in the front door was just a hole in the door, no plastic or glass. But that wasn’t too big of a deal as the property felt very safe. Just something to be aware of.

View was outstanding, beach very close, bed very comfortable, staff very friendly, close to stores, restraunts, etc. Furnature dated but clean. All in all, bargain for two people just wanting beach time. Worse part was check in, what a nightmare. However, in hotels defense, only half the elevators were working so that slowed things up.Oh yes, weather was great too!

Places that were cleaned were clean. Bath tub had hair in it yet, louver does were so dusty, tops of head board and both tvs were so dusty! They said they would come and clean again but I just did some myself. The appliances and front doors are so rusty. Would never stay at that place again!

The place itself was great. Enough pools indoor and out. Right on the beach. Close to everything. Dog friendly. The unit we stayed in was decent, it could use some updates in the kitchen. Looks old and need some more kitchen supplies. Overall was great stay. The contact did answer our questions when needed.

Great location, Oceanfront

Loved the location and oceanfront view. We had a couple bumps, but “In and Out Guest Services, Winifred” was excellent and very quick to fix a couple small issues. She was very kind and accommodating. We didn’t need air conditioning until 2 days before we checked out. I believe the owners were unable to get anyone there that quickly; however, Winifred was able to get a fan delivered to our room that day.which was greatly appreciated. One recommendation is to have the owners put a frying pan in the unit. There wasn’t anything to fry eggs or bacon but we managed.

Overall a very enjoyable stay and the room was as described. I did request a bracelet from evolve via a phone call and was promised it would be delivered the next day. It was not. Other than that, all good.

The check in instructions were inaccurate. The garage code was incorrect.There were no instructions for WiFi in the condo like the listing stated. The WiFi as it turns out was unsecured and open to all, which was not great. The coffee maker didn’t work and leaked water everywhere. Thankfully after calling they got a new one delivered that day - but I asked that they leave it at the front desk and they said that was fine - but they still brought it to our room directly which was frustrating as my wife and I were doing ….marital type things.The blow dryer on was broken upon arrival. The view was amazing and it was right up against the beach which was great.

Nice stay!

Our stay at Baywatch was nice. We were on the 17th floor. The access to the room was great. There was a dirty rag on the floor when we got there, but there is a good chance that the cleaning crew dropped it on their way out before our stay. Two days in and our dryer wasn’t working, we called the in and out cleaning and they sent someone to fix it. It took over 24 hours to get it done, but it worked and it worked well the rest of the week. The pool was nice, but Baywatch didn’t enforce families with loud music, so that was annoying. Access to the beach was nice! Having our dog available to go with us is nice! We loved staying in North Myrtle!

The location is wonderful and the beach is fabulous in this area. We were there for the beach, but so many aggravating things. Pros: living room furniture is pretty new, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable enough.Cons: Rust, dirt and dents in outside door is very off- putting. Outside of window very rusty also. Other than living room seating, unit is very dated. Kitchen cabinets very flimsy and stick so are hard to open; dishwasher sounds like an airplane taking off; dryer not far behind; fridge so noisy we thought it was the a/c running and is old and stained. Deck “furniture” is 2 cheap plastic chairs with a little plastic table. Towels were thank goodness plentiful, because were very small and thin. Like cheapest WalMart towels. Communication was terrible. Sent 2 emails to “host” and neither was answered. Parking deck code was wrong. Door code was confusing and did not work as listed. No info on wifi was provided.

This place does not allow pets!!!

We drove from pa to sc with our dog because this listing said it allowed pets but when we got there they said no dogs on the premises! We didn’t even get to go into the condo. I tried to contact the property owner and couldn’t get ahold of a real person. I chatted with Vrbo and evolve which is the “manager” of the property. Trying to get my money back!
