Great space for a multigenerational family vacation. Close to Yellowstone NP, but away from the crowds. Elk and bunnies in the yard, great views, and lots of room to hang out.

Amazing Property

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 11 on our trip to Yellowstone. Amazing views, super clean, comfy beds and had everything that we needed for 4 nights. Hosts were awesome and clearly deserve the title of Super Host! Would recommend staying here to anyone who asks where to stay in Gardiner area with a large group.

Perfect family rental!

All 9 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had ample room for everyone to spread out- 5 bedrooms and two kitchens/living spaces. The home was exceptionally well equipped with toiletries, big towels and even robes in every room. Perhaps most impressive is that we didn’t have a lengthy cleaning list to complete prior to checkout. We’d gladly stay there again when visiting Yellowstone!

Easter Family Get a Way Weekend

My family including my parents, grown children, and grandkids like to get together every Easter. We absolutely loves this property. There was plenty of room for all of us. We had a total of 13. The kitchens are well stocked. Also, the lotion and face cleanser were nice touches. We did go into Yellowstone Park which is close. The elk, bison, deer, and sheep right outside the house was nice too. We enjoyed getting up early and watching them.

Lovely home

I loved that this home did not have close neighbors, it felt like a retreat that you don’t get in a lot of tourist towns. There was a lot of wildlife just outside the door. Bunnies, hawks, elk, and (fenced) bison were all within sight from the home not to mention the beautiful mountains! It was close to Yellowstone and restaurants. We had everything we needed in the home and enough room for 6 adults to spread out.

Wonderful vacation home

I have nothing bad to say anout this home. It's located about 15 minutes from the Yellowstone north entrance. Very easy drive to the park. Enjoy the day and spread out at night in this home. Plenty of amenitieinclusis. I think the best thing is that this house was loaded with literally everything you need, utensils, plates, dish detergent, towels, soap, paper towels, literally everything that you would normally have in your house, they had. It was such a nice place very easy to navigate that to grill the hot tub was amazing. The views were incredible, and they were very communicative when we had any issues, overall this was a truly fantastic place and I would 10 out of 10 recommend this to any other guess, it’s very spacious. I mean you could have easily up to 8–10 people stay here comfortably thank you so much for the host and Yellowstone for the amazing views!

A spacious base for Yellowstone with easy access to stores in town but remote. Perfect!

This property is well managed and comfortable with attention to details like the proper labeling of light switches etc. We were a party of four adults and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the accommodations and individual privacy whilst having the ability to to cook, drink, chill and laugh together. Didn't like the fact that the downstairs BBQ was totally out of propane with an empty spare tank and that the upstairs BBQ burners need replacement. Didn't like the fact that we were requested to allow access to the interior of the property to a workman to effect repairs to the fireplace while we were not there and I felt that the $450.70 clearing fee for four adults who left the property in pristine condition, was excessive. Sorry, but I'm a "call em like I see em" kind of a guy.

Thanks for your review! We appreciate your feedback! The cleaning fee is $350.7 (not $450.7).It is fixed, not negotiable. It includes cleaning of hot tub, draining it and refilling. When you book the property you agree to all the fees before you book. We politely asked you if it's OK that repair guy to come to take a look of fireplace. You said No and we respected it. Repair man was rescheduled. Most of the guests don't mind. Sorry that we asked. Never thought that people can get upset with that and even mention it in review. Regarding propane tank you should have contacted us and we would change it for you. We sent email after first day of guest stay asking if you have any issues and if you need anything. We didn't receive any word about propane and grill. You didn't give us a chance to make your stay more pleasant by replacing tanks if it was an issue for you. Not sure what you are talking about upstairs grill. It works great. Both of the grills are 2 months new. We finished renovation of the house in June of this year and bought everything new. And again if there are any issues we encourage people to contact us so we can fix problems and help with things to make guest stay more comfortable. Sorry for things you didn't like. We try our best to make guest stay as comfortable as possible. We also have 9 cabins in Gardiner and all of them have high rating because we care for our guests and for their comfort during stay.

We, an extended family of 14, stayed for the week in April. The house was fantastic. Everything was as stated on the listing. Clean, well stocked with essentials, plenty of room for the 10 adults and 3 kids. Very happy with everything. I would definitely stay here again.
