Our 6th year staying here and it’s a 5 star rating as always! Perfect location, fully stocked kitchen and amazing backyard views. Can’t wait to be back next year.

This by far is the best place I have stayed. Beautiful view, clean well stocked house, comfy beds. very close access to the north gate of yellowstone. yellowstone river is just out the back door and the park starts just across the river. Saw elk and pronghorn form the back deck. Highly recommend this location.

Easy process, home was very nice, great location and an amazing back yard view. The place was stocked very well. Oil, spices, condiments- not sure if these items are just left by others but NONE of them were out of date! Plenty of linen's, toilet paper, paper towels and even a snack basket waiting for us on arrival.

This was a wonderful property. It was described exactly as it was. A beautiful single-family home with all the amenities you would need from any place that you would rent. The host and her husband were incredibly awesome. They left a very thoughtful basket of treats and towels, which the ladies really enjoyed!Anything we ask, the effectively communicated with us. You would be missing a true gem if you came to Gardner and needed a house to stay and didn’t choose this one.

The house was wonderful in every way. It was convenient and close to town but far enough out to be quiet and country. The scenery from the back yard was absolutely beautiful. The house was spacious and very comfortable and beautifully decorated for a Yellowstone vacation. I started each day relaxing on the back porch with hot chocolate, listening to the river and watching the birds. The yard was beautifully landscaped. It was an amazing time. Wish we could stay here permanently.

Fantastic place!!! They really have thought of everything. Anything and everything you would need for vacation they have. Beautiful landscaping up against a great river. We were a party of five and it fit our family perfect. The river rafting tours go right by the house depending on the time of year you go. The water level will vary. We went mid September and the far side of the river was deep enough for rafting, but the near side towards the house was very shallow. The location to Yellowstone National Park North entrance is about a mile and a half away. Very convenient location to go into town. Less than a quarter of a mile from the driveway is a little convenient store gas station.

This place is top notch! So clean, has everything that you could possibly need. The view is unbelievable. The owners are right on the property, but not in your way at all. They are so friendly! We had elk in our yard a few times and it was incredible. My kids loved to be down by the river. We did horse back riding and rafting, which is very close to the house. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Always the best experience staying here! We love the location and how close it is to the park but also away from the crowds. The kids love the hard, river and games. Already booked for next year.

The kitchen is well equipped. The location is a bit out of town which makes it nice and quiet. About 15 min from mammoth visitor center in Yellowstone. Beautiful setting!

Amazing Home

Wonderful property! Had a blast fly fishing each night. Perfect location to explore Yellowstone. Lori was a great host with many personal touches in the home.

What an AMAZING home! It was perfect for our group of four. It was equipped with all the comforts of home. The view of the mountains and animals in the front and backyard were spectacular! Lori was a very gracious host! If you are ever in the Gardiner/North Yellowstone area I would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home.

I chose this property location due to its close proximity to the North entrance and because it sits right on the Yellowstone River where I hoped to fish. Sadly, while June is a great time to visit the park, it's the worst time to fish the river because it runs extremely fast. So, while I was unable to fish, anyone who wishes to do so, when it is not running so fast, will find this home to be the ideal location for it.The house itself is absolutely wonderful. It is very comfortable, super-clean, and the kitchen has everything you would want. The TV has every streaming channel. It has a huge back yard adjacent to the river with an easy short path that takes you to the bank. We had two elk come right to our front door where they were chewing on a plant.While Lori, the owner, checked with us to make sure all was good, we had no issues come up.I cannot imagine a better vacation rental for your trip to Yellowstone Park than this one.
