Everything was great, the only thing that was not good was the water. The smell of the water was horrible, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay for our group of 7. Place was very clean, host was great and we were close to a lot of vineyards. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great stay in Geneva!

We were in town for a friend’s wedding up the street and this home was perfect for a weekend at the lake! Beautiful, clean and easy to find. A quick 10 minute drive to town and had everything we were looking for!

A perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is also kids friendly and had separate cribs for infants. The location was perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood close to all attractions. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home with very nice sunrise view of a vineyard. My recommendations are a bit more care to cleaning as we observed a number of cobwebs in multiple areas of the house. A more personalized touch of having towels hung in each of the bathrooms versus guests having to pull them from linen closets. Lastly, there is no TV in the entire house at least one TV in the living room would be nice for your guests.

Great location- very clean!

We loved the ease of check in, the location and the cleanliness of the property. The house was roomy and the extra bathrooms were a plus, as was the outside space! . The bed frames and mattresses were not as comfy as we had hoped and the well water had an odor when showering, brushing teeth, washing hands that was a bit of a turn off for two of us. We did appreciate the bottled water provided! Overall a very nice property.

Great weekend in Geneva!

Our group stayed here for a wedding we had at the Seneca Ridge. The house was a great location- less than a mile to the wedding venue and very close to some wineries along the lake. It also had a beautiful view, was very clean, and we really enjoyed the amenities such as the grill, fire pit, and ping pong table. We had one small issue with the water during our stay but the owner of the house came over immediately to help resolve the issue. Overall we really enjoyed our weekend and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot for a Bachelorette Weekend

We rented this house for a bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The space was super clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out, get ready, and relax between activities.The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy for us to cook group meals (and keep the champagne flowing!). We especially loved the outdoor area—it was great for lounging during the day and sharing laughs around the fire pit at night.The location was also ideal—close enough to restaurants, bars, and things to do, but in a quiet neighborhood so we could recharge when needed. We visited Three Brothers Winery which is practically in the backyard! How awesome is that?Highly recommend this house for any kind of girls' weekend, but especially for a bachelorette—it made our celebration unforgettable!

Overall the property was nice. Things that we liked included the proximity to activities, spacious living area, generally clean overall. Things that we did not like included an extremely slow internet connection and the bathroom toilets were dirty. It might also be a good idea to upgrade the mattresses as they were very uncomfortable and had no support - the fitted sheets would not even stay on through the night.
