The beachfront unit was adequately private with lush yard and dunes off back porch facing the ocean. There were a couple of areas we had ocean views and the proximity allowed us to enjoy constant sounds of the waves. The walkway and boardwalk made beach access a breeze. We enjoyed wildlife sightings from the back porch of a herd of deer and birds of prey. The unit itself has a roomy, fully stocked kitchen, accommodating seating for a group of 6, and clean private baths for each bedroom. The beds were divine to sleep on! Ultra comfortable with plenty of space for personal items and clothing to be stored. The property managers were exceptionally responsive and helpful! We will plan to return because it's overall one of the best places we've ever stayed.

Ground floor, up three flights of outside stairs? Abundance of cockroaches. Washing machine was moldy. Poorly installed flooring created several tripping hazards. Sixty days in advance cancellation policy is unwarranted.

Fantastic place for a short break

Absolutely lovely place on the beach which was secluded enough for a great get away but not far from restaurants and amenities. Accommodation was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable.

Great property for 3 couples, each had thier own bedroom and private bath. Location to beach was great and area is lovely.

Lovely home. Had a fabulous vacation. Golf was amazing. Wish the weather was better, will have to come back in late springtime. Only complaint was the kitchen faucet was loose but that is just an afterthought…we still give your lovely place an excellent recommendation

Excellent Spot

Appreciated the spacious layout, easy access and beach view. Well appointed, and especially liked the cable TV to watch golf, instead of messing around with streaming! Would stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

This large condo on the beach has everything one needs to escape the every day and relax - lovely view of the flora and ocean, very short boardwalk to the beach, a condo with all the amenities.

Super Fun Girls Trip

The property is amazing. Exactly like the listing. Great location on the island and a short walk out to the beach. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice rental. Oceanfront but unable to see the ocean due to trees, etc., but that was all beautiful too. Longer walk to the beach than expected as this was the last house on the path despite being oceanfront. Very clogged shower which was addressed by property managers after 2 calls. Dryer did not work but this was never addressed despite notification. Needed overall a good cleaning as floors were sticky and rugs dirty. Great kitchen fully stocked. Overall we had a great time despite the inconveniences noted.

Great family vaca - highly recommend!

Just as shown in the pictures, this is a lovely property! Easy access to the beach, property managers to answer any questions or address any needs. Bike paths can take you right to FreshFields - location was ideal for younger children!

Condo was clean and well appointed with beach toys and kitchen hardware. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected as the condo is closer to boardwalk 6 than 7 but there’s no cut through to 6. There were several beach chairs to take if needed. The path to the beach only takes a few minutes to pop over the dunes and the hosts have smartly appointed the seating areas with tall chairs so you can take in the view over the dunes. We lucked out and didn’t have anyone upstairs until the last night. They were quite loud but that’s a hazard of being in a lower unit. We would stay again in this location. It’s very easy to get to through the gate to the island which makes it easy to get to the stores, restaurants, and groceries.

Awesome property and location

This property have everything that we needed for our stay. Clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to the store. The sound of the ocean from the back porch with the rocking chairs was just what we needed.

Enjoyed this property.

We had a lovely time at the condo. The walk to the ocean was just a few minutes away and you could see the ocean in the distance from the living room. The landscaping of the property was lovely and the porch was a great amenity. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We would rent this again.
