Unwind in our beautiful lake house-inspired cottage with a quaint backyard, perfect for family retreats, romantic getaways, and girls' weekends. Nestled in the tranquil trees of Southcott Pine Forest, just a 2-minute stroll away from the beautiful Sun Beach and a 15-minute walk to the Grand Bend strip, this is your ideal home base for creating cherished memories this season! Experience the charm of coastal living where each sunset by the beach is as remarkable as the last. 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom cottage that sleeps 10 comfortably inside. With washer and dryer laundry, dishwasher, updated brand new appliances, gas fireplace, BBQ, air conditioning (ductless system), and ceiling fans in every room with additional fans available and all the extra's to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our kitchen is fully stocked and we have some additional child items available to make your stay as comfortable as possible such as a play pen, change pad, etc. We have unlimited internet available for our guests as well. Our outdoor area is beautiful with a brand new BBQ (2021) and sitting area. We have a large deck out back in the trees with a fire pit area that is perfect for connecting with friends and family in the beautiful weather. The sunroom is a great additional space as well for reading in our cozy reading corner, or playing board games and sharing laughs with friends and family at the table!
