We stayed with another couple, as a little get away for ourselves. The house was everything advertised, and more. A hidden gem, a quick drive from town. Taking in nature, while enjoying the hot tub and sauna for relaxation. Games room didn’t get used much, as we couldn’t get enough of the outside beauty. But we did sneak a few games of pool in. The house was wonderfully maintained and clean. Excellent appliances for all our indoor and outdoor cooking needs!Thank you so much to Ricardo and Angela, who would respond within mins if we had a question or looking for advice.

Great stay

Casa Mariposa was the perfect spot to stay for myself and my family. With close access and a free day pass to the Pinery, the house is ideal for those that need an accessible, comfortable place to stay if your group isn't up to camp. With a sauna, hot-tub, whirlpool and a fire pit, it feels like being the campground but with so many extras. Lots of indoor activites for rainy days and additional outside games and things to do for kids. Just the right amount of communication with our host. Place was cozy and comfortable. Clean and organized. I'd totally recommend!

Beautiful House in a Beautiful Area

Overall our stay at Casa Mariposa was a tremendous experience. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quite location in a nice area for a relaxing stay. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in, the house itself was beautifully maintained and comfortable for everyone.

Great Stay

Everything was great. Easy check-in. Plenty of room for the six of us. The games rooms use constantly being used. The bed were comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets. Hot tub was relaxing. Large kitchen. Definitely recommending the property rental to family and friends!!!

Great weekend

We had a little bachellorette party. Enjoyed the hot tub, putt putt and bocce ball on site. Went to shale ridge winnery up the road. But now want to come back with my kids because what a great spot for familes. So much to do without leaving but also close to the day trips like pinery and grand bend ect. Comfy beds, super clean, tons of immenities. Super well run.

Great Family Weekend

The home was clean and very comfortable. It accommodated 8 adults very well. Every couple had their own room and three full bathrooms were great.

Amazing Rental!

The accommodations are outstanding, the place has everything you could dream of wanting. The kids are already asking when we can go back! The communication is very fast and the rental price is very reasonable for such fantastic amenities. We will be back!

They thought of everything:)

We enjoyed our stay at this very lovely house. It did not disappoint the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, the game’s room/screening room was a very nice touch. I enjoyed a hot tub before retiring for the night. The back deck and fire pit provided a great space to spend time outdoors.

They thought of everything!

My family recently stayed at this property for a few nights. The communication beforehand was excellent and the hosts were always quick to answer. The property was so clean and like the title of this says, they literally thought of everything. From snacks when we arrived, to a basket of “in case you forgot” that includes chargers, toiletries etc. There were so many amenities-the hot tub was so nice on a chilly night and my teen girls loved the projection tv and pool table. The beds were so comfortable and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Perfect place to stay for a couple or family

Perfect place to stay. Quiet, peaceful and all the privacy you want. The hot tub is a perfect touch to relax after your day of traveling. Great touch leaving a park pass as the beach was lovely. What you see in the picture and read in the information is exactly what you get. The hosts were awesome always there to help and give suggestions for things to do. We would definitely come back. spacious, fun and aesthetically pleasing

such an amazing place, very clean and spacious. we loved every minute at this place especially the basement with all the fun stuffs to play as a family and not to mention the hot tub in the back patio. this place is great for kids and adults, my 2 year old son was loving the backyard space and trampoline. Ricardo and Angela was super nice and pleasant to deal with. very close to pinery provincial park as well. the place is well maintained, arranged and loved the attention to detail at this place. Thanks for having us!! will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and have fun!!

Beautiful property inside and out. We had rainy weather the whole time so we never got to enjoy the fire pit who h we were looking forward to doing. We made the best of it with lots of hotbtub time and enjoying the fantastic game room. The only negatove thing is the the deck and stairs outside were very slippery when they are wet. I would highly recommend thos property!

Terrific Long Weekend

Our family had a terrific time at this beautiful property. It had everything we needed from the outdoors to the kitchen to the entertainment area. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything you needed to make a gourmet meal. Hot tub area, fire pit and trampoline were definitely a hit. We had one rainy night so we could take advantage of the game in the basement, including Foosball and Pac-Man machine in the basement, as well as the home theatre. Property is very well-maintained. Cops Communication with Ricardo and Angelo was excellent.and they were very responsive. Ipperwash Beach is about 10 minutes away, as was Grand Bend. Wonderful stay and we will definitely return. We were there during the September long weekend, but I’m sure a winter stay would also be great as they have a heat lamp In the hot tub area..

Absolutely beautiful and well kept home.Ricardo and Angela ( our hosts ) were very responsive to any questions we had. Casa Mariposa is a warm and welcoming haven after a days exploration. It is well stocked , clean and spacious with all particulars documented in a lovely binder. There was something for everyone! Fire circle for marshmallow roasting, beautiful spa for relaxing, sauna too!! It was just perfect for our family of 6! Dont miss Pinery Provincial Park!!We cant wait to return!

Family of 5 plus dog stayed 3 nights/4 days. We had a great time staying at Cash Mariposa. The cottage had tons to do both inside and out. It is well maintained and Ricardo and Angela were fantastic to deal with. We hope to be back again soon.

Parents Weekend Away

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with another couple—nothing too busy, just a peaceful place to unwind, catch up, and enjoy some low-key activities. This property was the perfect fit!We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, cozying up by the outdoor fire pit, cooking delicious meals together, playing pool, and simply relaxing. The location was also ideal for visiting Shale Ridge Winery and exploring a few nearby golf courses.The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. There was plenty of space for two couples, and we’re already thinking about coming back with our kids next time!
