Two local shopping centres, Marden & Firle, are just a quick 4min drive (approx.) to give you easy access to Kmart, Woolworths, Coles plus a number of specialty stores & cafes.

Payneham South is a small inner North-Eastern suburb of Adelaide located within the City of Norwood Payneham St Peters. It's only about 4.5km or 9 min drive from Adelaide city. East Adelaide is the local public primary school and St Joseph's Payneham is the local private school. Payneham South has many local parks/playgrounds nearby for the kids and is popular with families. The closest park is Payneham Oval Playground, only a 2min drive or 5min easy stroll. Multiple supermarkets and local amenities are all conveniently close by as well.

Each bedroom is equipped to provide a restful night's sleep, with premium pillow top mattresses, soft, fresh, commercially processed sheets, a variety of pillows to choose from and roller shutters for complete darkness – great for naps and sleep ins! Bedroom one features a queen bed and work desk area with office chair, while bedroom two includes another queen bed alongside a comfortable king single bed. Fresh bed and bath linen hire is included with every booking for your convenience. Mid-stay cleans with linen change over can be arranged upon request depending on the cleaners availability and at extra cost. Simply let us know if you’d like to arrange a mid-stay clean. Alternatively, this lovely unit features a private laundry with both a washer and dryer so you can freshen up linen yourself and there's a vacuum and mop provided, making it easy to manage longer stays.

Nice little 2 bedroom unit with a newly renovated interior. Located on a quiet block in the dead centre of Payneham South, a lovely place for a mourning walk.
