Start your mornings with a walk along beautiful Kohi beach, go for a swim, or cycle the waterfront along Tamaki Drive. Then reward yourself with a great coffee from the Kohi Café, which has been a local favourite since 2004. For lunch or dinner, you could try the Kohi Beach Store and Eatery or take the scenic 17-minute drive into the city for a Viaduct lunch.
While you’re in town, explore Britomart’s amazing fashions or even take a ferry out to Waiheke.
PLEASE NOTE: There is only a small bar sized fridge, a bench top multi purpose stove/oven and a nespresso coffee machine available. There are no full sized cooktop, oven or refrigerator available.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Check in is from 3pm
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 9pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key/swipe tag a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
