Perfectly located to enjoy Auckland from, this privately owned spacious modern apartment is located on the penthouse floor in the recently built Ramada building. Only 5 mins from the Sky Tower, you can even see the bungee action while lying on your bed! Everything is brand new in this 2bedrm, 2bathrm (master with ensuite) and it has been designed for easy living. You just want to spend time on the large covered deck watching the comings & goings of Auck.
Situated on the penthouse floor you step straight into the open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area. To help you be self-catering the kitchen is fully kitted out with quality appliances. Well laid out with great indoor and outdoor living with both the lounge & bedrooms flowing onto the deck. The perfect spot to relax on.
The combined main bathroom laundry is off the lounge and both bedrooms (master with ensuite)are either side of the lounge with the deck in the middle.
From lounge and bedrooms you have great views of Auckland. Check the photos out!!
Easy walking to Auckland CBD and everything it has to offer.
Donât forgot thereâs a car park for your use with motorway access just up the road.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. Pillo manages this property on behalf of the owners & we are available 24/7 for urgent requests (only) & just a phone call, text, or e-mail away during business hours (8 am to 7 pm)
This apartment has its own reserved car park within the building complex. Easy walking distance to all transport hubs.
Including on and off motorway ramps.

Before check -in, we will require a separate form to be fully completed with ID provided for the main guest.
For payments made directly with Pillo, payment must be by the booker only and we require to sight the credit card used prior to check in.
We know you will be respectful but please remember this is a home in a residential apartment building and there are some important restrictions and policies that must be adhered to.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY ARE ON SITE AND THEY CONSTANTLY PATROL. They will charge for any breaches of rules , ask you to leave immediately and there will be no booking refunds. By booking , you are accepting full responsibility for any and all charges that may result from any breach of policies and rules and authorise Pillo to deduct payment from your credit card or channel account.
WE DO ASK THAT YOU PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE RULES RE THIS BOOKING. IF YOU UNFORTUNATELY CHOSE NOT TO, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED & YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

Please be respectful of all residents in the building and surrounding area in terms of noise level & behaviour, including in all areas inside on the balcony, common areas & on the street. There is a noise CURFEW from 10pm to 9am, âą NO illegal substances or activity are allowed, âą NO PETS are allowed on the premises, âą Sorry, this property cannot be used for receiving mail or packages, âą
CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged extra for the cleaning at a rate of $50 NZD min, âą Please read house & appliance INSTRUCTIONS. Your questions may be answered in there! ,
âą If you LOCK YOURSELF OUT / LOOSE A KEY or swipe you are responsible for any charges the Building management and Pillo may charge for your re-entry.
Please note there is a balcony and no child security locks on the doors. Children must be supervised at all times.
