Welcome to Evans Beach House Retreat, where the best of both worlds await—peaceful beachside living and the charm of nearby vineyards. Just a three-minute walk to Somers - South Beach and the local Somers General Store, and only a twenty-minute drive to award-winning wineries, this retreat offers a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration.

With stunning bay views and a beautifully styled interior, the retreat is designed for comfort, featuring a gas fireplace, reverse cycle heating and cooling, free WiFi, Netflix, and full linen. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas provide a spacious, inviting atmosphere.

Sleeps 8: Quality linen and cleaning services. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

A five-ten minute drive to local wineries: Quealy Vineyard, Stoniers Vineyard, Point Leo Estate, Merricks General Store, Jackalope Vineyard, Red Hill and all the fantastic vineyards this area offers.

Balnarring is a small village. It features a supermarket, many gourmet food stores, and quality restaurants: Le Bouchon French Cuisine, Fontalina Italian, Ciao Bella Pizzeria and Wine Bar, The Heritage Balnarring - Pub, and Village People Balnarring Cafe.

Various golf courses are nearby in Flinders and Cape Schanck, including the National Golf Club, a private member's club offering 72 holes of exceptional golf across two sites at Cape Schanck and Long Island.

Direct arrival access is available; bookings will receive the access information on the day of arrival.
Small pets are welcome; no fences are securing the yard, and they are subject to approval.
Parties, large gatherings, events or schoolies are prohibited from the property.
A refundable security bond is required.
As part of our terms and conditions, an online guest registration form must be completed with a signature and a valid driver's license.
