Perfect for a convenient country getaway, our spacious 4-bedroom farmhouse offers the ideal blend of comfort and rustic charm. Surrounded by lush greenery and towering trees, our farmhouse offers a secluded retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

For those requiring to work remotely we have excellent high speed internet via Starlink which is offered free of charge to our guests. We have a work desk and chair in each of the 2 larger bedrooms, providing separation from the main living area, allowing you to work while enjoying the views over the property and hinterland.

With 2 queen bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms, our farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it great for couples, friends or families.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming living room complete with a large Smart TV with surround sound and internet connection.

Our fully functional kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, with a large dining table providing ample space for family gatherings or entertaining.

Step outside onto the expansive deck and take in the breathtaking views of the Markwell Valley whilst cooking a meal on our Weber Genesis BBQ.

It is an easy walk to our cabana which is equipped with a BBQ, picnic tables and fresh water.

For those eager to experience farm life, our property operates as a fully functioning biodynamic farm, based on the principles of regenerative agriculture. Subject to availability, we offer a 1-hour farm tour providing an insight into the history of the farm and its operation.

Located within a short drive of local beaches such as Hawks Nest and Seal Rocks, our farmhouse offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the NSW Mid North Coast.

Bulahdelah is situated on the Myall River, providing a gateway to the pristine Myall Lakes. The public boat ramp in Bulahdelah township provides convenient opportunity for boating, fishing and water sports.

Other activities available in Bulahdelah include bushwalking (such as the Alum Mountain track) and mountain biking. Play a round of golf at the Bulahdelah Golf Course or take the kids to the newly built Skate Park.

Explore the local shops and cafes on Bulahdelah main street, including the famous Bulahdelah bakery and butcher.

Birdwatchers will delight in the spectacular variety of birdlife that calls our farm home. And if you keep your eyes peeled you may even spot a koala or two.

Additional amenities include a full-functioning laundry, a carport for two cars, and an outdoor fire pit with firewood available for cozy evenings under the stars. Linen is provided, but guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels.

Our farmstay experience is pet-friendly so you can bring your furry friend along to enjoy the adventure. Pets are restricted to our house paddock only.
