Fishtown is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Young, creative and artsy. This influx of new residents gave way to great new bars, restaurants, music venues, shops, studios and galleries. Newcomers integrating with the neighborhood’s longtime residents sets Northern Liberties and Fishtown apart as Philadelphia’s most exciting neighborhoods.
Historic trinity style homes are known for their STEEP winding staircases that may not be ideal for people with issues climbing stairs. Guests with larger feet may find walking up/down the stairs a challenge.
-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. If guests break this rule, they will be charged an additional fee of $2,500 to cover the deep cleaning services needed.
-Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-in after 10 PM should be communicated with us in advance. Please note, we are not as available after 10pm without prior notice.
-Check out is no later than 11:00 AM. Guests checking out 30 minutes or more late, without permission, will be charged an extra day for the inconvenience to the cleaners and future guests.
- This home is located in a residential neighborhood so in order to be respectful of our neighbors and abide by city noise regulations, guests need to maintain quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
-Guests must be at least 25 years of age (unless with a parent). This is much like renting a car.
-Our home is a non-smoking property so to be respectful to future guests there is to be no smoking, of any kind, inside the home or on the back porch. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, hookahs, incense, vapes, etc. If evidence of any smoking is found in the home (odor, ashes, etc.), guests will be charged $550 for the order of an odor removal/air purification process.
-Please do not allow any unauthorized guests in the home -- we have made the booking with you and your guests and prefer others not be in the home.
-We cannot always accommodate a reservation or date change alteration. Please keep that in mind when booking your stay.
--If items are left behind and require being returned, guests are responsible for the price of shipping plus a $10 handling fee.
-If you are found to be disrespecting the property, inside or outside, you will be charged for clean up and/or repairs beginning at $250.
-We cannot believe we have to say this but urinating anywhere that is not a toilet is considered disrespectful and creates nasty extra work for our cleaners. The City of Philadelphia has a $300 public urination fine and we will charge you that extra cleaning fee, if you or any of the guests in the home urinate anywhere (inside or outside our home) that is not the toilet. Again, we are shocked we have to say this.
