The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and inviting home! Our master bedroom features a cozy king bed, complete with bedside lamps and a closet for your convenience. The second bedroom offers a comfortable twin bed, equipped with bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and a closet. In the third bedroom, you'll find a luxurious Queen bed, along with bedside lamps and a closet. The fourth bedroom will be on the main floor of the home and has a Full bed with a desk. Each bedroom also boasts a 40" smart TV for your entertainment needs. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for your culinary adventures, and the living room offers ample seating and a 62" smart TV with an entertainment system. The full bathroom comes stocked with towels and soaps, and our in-unit washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. Step outside to our patio, where you can enjoy outdoor dining and fire up the BBQ grill. Please note that the hot tub is shared with another unit. We can't wait to welcome you to our home!
Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence and please note that there's another unit from the property. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

With convenient access to public transportation and major highways, you can effortlessly navigate the city and beyond. Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
Other Things to Note:
~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
There is another rental unit on the property. The interior space is completely private for you and your party to enjoy. You may however see another guest enjoying some of the outdoor amenities such as the hot tub.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
Dog Policy:
This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 2 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
NO SMOKING inside.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

We came for a relaxing getaway, and the home truly had everything we could have needed. Communication with the host was swift, clear, and efficient, which made the entire stay feel easy from start to finish.
The house itself is a quirky old gem built in 1890 and currently for sale, full of character and charm. Our personal favorite feature was the beautiful clawfoot bathtub, which felt like a special touch you don’t find just anywhere. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully throughout our stay.
We were especially lucky with the weather and spent a great deal of time enjoying the back patio, which added to the peaceful feel of the trip. We weren’t able to figure out the hot tub, but that didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time there.
Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely love to return in the future.

Sweet, Comfortable and Convenient
This was one of our favorite places that we have ever stayed! The house is well equipped and centrally located to dining, shopping and all things Colorado Springs! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. There is a park within walking distance as well as a convenience store. Management was lighting fast to respond to our request to have the hot tub maintenanced! The hot tub was ready to get in within an hour of our phone call to management! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!
