Very spacious and comfortable. The game room, theater room and pool were a huge hit with the kids. The safety features (door alarm to the pool and pool fence) put our minds at ease with a toddler. A permanently installed walk through baby gate would have been helpful, as tension gates didn’t work with the stair/wall configuration. Overall would highly recommend.

Lovely, large home, actually properly heated hot tub and pool. Was really special having the movie screen at the pool and the TV and bar outside. The game room was a great addition, as well as the stools in the kitchen to easily feed the kids. The movie theater was nice.The home was clean. The air worked wonderfully even had to turn it down. The pool table was so fun! We'll definitely keep this home in mind for our next trip.

Overall, all the wa great had issues with the main movie room could not get sound working properly. Manager was very responsive. He would text back even after hours. He did a great job, but unfortunately, we never really got the movie theater sound working correctly

House was absolutely fantastic!!!! There’s plenty of things to do inside of the home to the extent you don’t need to go out!! Home was clean, comfortable and well kept. One small thing… there’s was no dish towels. lol
Movie nights are a must!! And don’t forget the snacks.

The house was nice. However it was disappointing that the games didnt work. Ski ball wasnt keeping score and the person who came out to fix the motorbike said that they have been having issues. We also had issues with the sound in the home theater. We also had to get someone in to repair the handrail for the stair as it was coming off. Positive - the theme was cute- spacious and kitchen well stocked- quite area- someone was sent out to repair the games during the stayNegative -bike game didnt work even with repair attempt- sound system in home theater kept going outWould have given a 5 star if didnt have these issues

Jennifer - We apologize again that there were issues with a couple of the games. We ended up having to replace the computer in the motor bike game. A sensor went out in the ski ball. I am sorry they both broke at the same time. They are all fixed now. Our property manager did not know anything about the sound in the movie theater not working. I wish you had told him. It was working before your arrival. It works now so no idea why you had difficulty with it. I hope you will come back. Everything will be working for you. Thank you for staying with us.

Fun in the Sun!

This was a great property to stay at while in FL. The house and community had great amenities. We didn't even need to leave the kids had so much fun in the pools and arcade. The location is close to parks and shops/restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for our family Vacation!

This house was perfect for our large family! It was clean, and was just as it shows in the pictures. The kids loved the game room, pool/hot tub, pool table, and theater room. There was plenty of space, it never felt too crowded even with our large group. Overall, it was perfect for our family and our needs and would consider booking again.

Great family reunion

The home was comfortably for all 9 of us. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool, games and movie room. Having two water parks to go to was great. The Oasis club water park was our favorite and closer to the house

We had a great stay! The house was gorgeous and had plenty of space for everyone. There were a couple of small issues (the outdoor screen and projector weren’t working), and while the managers came out quickly to check, they weren’t able to get them fixed during our stay. It didn’t take away from our trip though — the included resorts were fantastic, and the kids especially loved the one with the big water slides. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

Amazing Property

This house has everything you need. From the game room, to the theater room, to the beautiful pool and hot tub, this place is absolutely perfect. The kids had a blast, as did the adults. We will definitely be back!

This house is huge and worked incredibly well for our group. There’s so much space and so many different areas to gather or spread out, which made it feel comfortable even with a full house.One of our favorite experiences was watching a movie outside while swimming in the pool, but just as great was having so much on-site entertainment. Even on days when the weather was a little cooler, there was never a shortage of things to do — between the pool table, shuffleboard, game room, Xbox, and indoor movie theater, everyone always had something to enjoy.The home is well set up for groups and families, and the theming throughout makes it feel fun and intentional. The ChampionsGate clubhouse was also a nice bonus during our stay.The host/management team was extremely responsive. When a few small things came up, they addressed them quickly and communicated clearly. Nothing impacted our enjoyment of the trip, and it was obvious they care about their guests’ experience.Overall, a fantastic place for a fun, comfortable group getaway. We would absolutely recommend this home.
