The location of the condo was perfect. It was a 5/10 min walk to the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. There were a lot of great places to eat and shop just a short walk away. The pool was a minute walk away and was so quiet as it was adjacent to a golf course. The pool had many places to sit in and out of the sun with great amenities within the pool area.The condo itself had everything we needed and was well equipt for staying in and cooking.

We do want to again apologize for the unexpected AC leak that occurred just before your arrival. As soon as our cleaner identified the issue, we immediately reported it to maintenance and coordinated for a technician to assess the problem during your stay. We also communicated updates as they became available. While the AC remained operational, we understand that the leaking condensation was an inconvenience and not the experience we aim to provide. We also appreciate you bringing the cleaner oversight to our attention. The washing machine was running a self-clean cycle and no laundry was left behind, but we understand how this may have appeared unfinished upon arrival. We also addressed the misplaced cleaning supply with our housekeeping team to help prevent this from happening again. Thank you again for your patience and understanding while we worked to address these unexpected maintenance issues. The Palacio Properties

Mixed review. Physical structure of condo was good, great location, pool and fitness center are outstanding. On the down side the towels and linens were skimpy and of poor quality. Kitchen supplies were minimal at best. Sofa bed was a queen not a King as advertised.Dealings for check in and check out were confusing a not communicated well. Dealings with manager were not good. She seemed bothered any time I called for clarification. Not sure I would stay here again particularly in this unit

We’d like to clarify a few items for future guests: Towels/linens: The unit is stocked with a standard set of towels (including four bath towels in the closet). When you messaged that everything was great and asked about towels due to additional visitors joining for a couple of days, we directed you to the extra towels available in the unit. If guests need more than the standard supply, we can often arrange additional sets with advance notice. Kitchen supplies: The kitchen is stocked for typical vacation use. We understand needs can vary, and we always encourage guests to message us during the stay so we can try to address specific requests. Sofa bed size: We want to correct this for accuracy: the sleeper sofa is a queen, and it has never been advertised as a king—our listing description also states it is a queen. The bedroom contains the king bed, so this may have been a mix-up. Check-in / communication: Our check-in process is clearly communicated at booking, including that instructions are released once the required rental agreement is completed. We also provide step-by-step directions, codes, Wi-Fi, and we check in mid-stay. No concerns about check-in or communication were raised during the stay, and you shared that “Everything was great so far.” We appreciate the positives you noted and will continue improving wherever we can.

This property is large and clean. There are shopping and dining options across the street which is convenient to walk to. The only suggestions I would have is to provide larger bath towels and more light in the bathroom. I would definitely book again if I'm back in the area!

Great location and great facilities 5 stars but the small love seat hide a bed was the only place to sit in the living room and watch TV and it was very stiff and uncomfortable! The two of us sat shoulder to shoulder the first night. Then decided to sit in bed the other nights to watch a movie or TV. You need to get a comfortable full size couch and move the loveseat under the window. The glass desk is unnecessary anyone who wants to sit and work on a laptop can do so at the dining room table. Also please invest in extra large plush towels. The ones you supplied are thin scratchy and needed two to dry off. We are planning on coming to Scottsdale a lot and based on the location and facilities we would book again, but not as it’s currently furnished

We’d like to clarify a few items for future guests: the living area includes a sofa that seats three, plus an additional club chair (total seating for four). The current furniture placement is intentional, as it provides the best viewing setup directly in front of the TV, and we will be keeping the layout as is. We also will be keeping the desk, as many of our guests specifically value having a dedicated workspace separate from the dining table. Regarding the linens, we’re sorry to hear the pillows and towels didn’t meet your preferences. We’re happy to replace pillows and review our towel selection to ensure everything feels comfortable and elevated. We do wish we had known during your stay, as we’re always quick to resolve concerns in real time whenever guests reach out, rather than finding out for the first time in a review. We are disapointed that these things, fixable, warranted a 3 start review. The condo was nice - it had a great layout, was as described and pictured, and it was clean, so I don't want to give a negative review. However. As another tenant pointed out several months ago, the bath towels are absurdly small and thin. The host posted a very thorough response, stressing that they wished they had known about the situation sooner and they would have addressed it - so I assumed that the towels had been replaced. Nope, still the same small towels. That same tenant also noted that the couch in the living room sat just two people. In the same thorough response, the host insisted that the sofa seats three people. That is clearly untrue. It is a loveseat that seats a maximum of two people. Overall, that did not impact my stay. There were just two of us and it was perfectly fine. It just want to point these things out to anyone who is considering staying here in the future - I would not recommend this condo if your party is more than two people. Lastly, although the fine print of the rental agreement mentions that renters are not to contact the complex management - I cannot stress how seriously they mean this. The person at the complex front desk was EXTREMELY rude when we arrived, and the complex clearly does not appreciate short term renters. For example, there is a note on the coffee maker in the lobby stating that short term guests are not allowed to use it, as it is only for permanent residents.

Towel preference can be subjective, but we hear you. We routinely replace linens and towels across our units and will be updating this set again to ensure they meet a wider range of guest expectations. Seating / sofa: The living-room seating is best suited for 2 guests, and we agree it’s not ideal for larger groups wanting everyone on one couch at once. We’ll review our listing wording to make the seating capacity clearer. Complex office contact: This is an important point. Because this is a privately managed short-term rental, the leasing office/front desk is not part of your reservation and cannot assist with access, keys, or guest services—We were not aware of any signage and after this review we went to take a look and saw no such signage. Our CEO did reach out to the management there and confirmed this is not happening. If there was, someone came to thier senses. We also send very detailed check-in instructions and reminders through the platform so guests can self-check-in smoothly. We appreciate you taking the time to share helpful notes for future travelers. We’re taking action on the items within our control (towels listing clarity), and we’re always available through the message thread to help quickly if anything comes up during a stay.
