FROM AIRPORT: The apartment is about a 25-35 minute drive or Uber. The only public transport is the Sky Bus that goes to and from the CBD (not recommended)
TO THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT: The 86 tram is a 30 second walk from the property on Smith St. This will take you all the way to the CBD in 15 minutes. To travel on the tram you need a myki with pre paid money on it. This can be bought from Golden Dollar Lotto (330 Smith St), which is about a 5 minute walk down Smith St. Alternatively, this is a 12 minute drive.
EASIEST WAY TO GET AROUND: The myki you purchase then can be used on any other trams or buses. The public transport system in Melbourne is very good and will take you within walking distance of most destinations. Alternatively, we have Uber here which is an app where non taxi drivers pick you up within 3 minutes, a lot cheaper than taxis.
We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
PARKING: There is space for one vehicle in the building's secure undercover parking garage. Please note that the height limit is 2.1m.

âą Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the rooftop. You must go outside on the street. If you smoke inside, or on the rooftop, you forfeit your entire security deposit.
âą Strictly no pets allowed.
âą It is Australian law that whenever a fire inspection is on, we must allow the inspectors access. This happens twice a year in the morning on a random weekday. All guests must accept this as a possibility.
âą Sometimes issues arise during bookings which we cannot avoid. While they are very rare, we need to be able to access the property in order to fix them. By booking, you agree that we must be granted access in order to fix an issue. If not, we cannot be responsible for the issue disturbing your stay beyond our attempt to access and fix it.
