TCI (Turks and Caicos Islands) is a Caribbean Archipelago surrounded by the World’s second largest reef (next to the Great Barrier Reef). Providenciales, the largest island (by population) of the TCI and our villa location, is famous for beautiful turquoise water and marvelous beaches. Long Bay features shallow, warm water year-round, and white sandy beaches paired with constant Caribbean trade winds. It is a top destination for kiteboarding and is an exceptional place to learn the sport.

Caicos Breeze Villa is situated in the quiet Karaya Blue community in the Long Bay area, one street off the water. This 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom property is newly built, modern in design, and professionally appointed to make your visit to the island memorable. Perfect for a small group of friends or a family looking to kiteboard, get away and explore life on the island or better yet tune out and relax!

This Villa is more than a business, the owners live here when they can and value their creature comforts. The kitchen is well appointed with a large GE Café refrigerator and dishwasher, a Samsung induction cooktop, Cavavin bar fridge, Weber BBQ plus many tools to help make meal/beverage prep a Breeze! The living areas and patio are equipped with a Sonos system for an indoor/outdoor immersive music environment.

Each bedroom has a King size bed, so no one is left drawing the short straw! Every washroom is equipped with double sinks and indoor/outdoor showers and a full complement of high-quality linens.

The “Glass House” design embraces the indoor-outdoor use of space with a private pool just steps away. Enjoy a coffee early in the morning and catch the sun rise on the roof top patio where there is an ocean view.

Plan a day trip to the beach! The villa is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, Bluetooth speaker and a cooler for your use – you can opt to use the beach path next to the Villa or drive to one of the many public accesses on the island (all the beaches in Providenciales are public). At night, experience the designated ‘Dark Sky’ environment and do some stargazing when the sun goes down or cuddle up and watch some TV on the 75” flat screen.

For peace of mind the Villa is equipped with a security system that is monitored, cameras that monitor access points (not the pool or living areas for your privacy), and a small wall safe to store passports and valuables. For any Kiters looking to stay close to the action, the Villa also has a garage for gear storage.

Please note that a separate short term rental agreement and liability waiver will be required to be signed before check in. As well we provide a $150/week allowance toward power usage and additional power will be charged at the posted rate for any excess usage.
