HEATING & COOLING
Boothenba Cottage features ducted heating & cooling throughout the home, including in all four bedrooms. A wood fireplace has also been appointed to the living area. All areas except for bedroom 4 and the kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans. Electric blankets are featured in bedrooms 1 & 2.

Don't forget to bring your swimmers as the children will adore the waterpark whilst the parents sit close nearby at the Zoo Cafe & Bar! Venture over to the Dubbo Regional Botanic Garden (13 mins) and admire the stunning traditional Shoyoen Japanese Garden or treat the kids to the adventure playground. Step into a whimsical world of wonder at Aladdin's Cave Bottlehouse (9 mins), where artistry and innovation intertwine to reveal a captivating structure crafted entirely from recycled glass bottles.

BOOKING ENHANCEMENTS
Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items at an extra fee to make your stay even better! You can request enhancement such as an early check in or a late checkout or a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire Cottage and Cottage Yard. Walking around the farm property is not permitted.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the property sleeps 10 guests, however, there are two king-single trundle mattresses in bedroom 3 that can sleep an additional 2 guests.

Please be mindful of the horses in the paddocks and avoid touching them.

Fireplace & Firepit: This property has a fireplace & firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
