Spacious 3 Bedroom Townhome with Stunning Mountain Views in Benahavis Village
Gorgeous three bedroom townhome in the exclusive village of Benahavis. This property is located on a tranquil, pedestrian only cul-de-sac street in the centre of the village. Behind the walls of the house you would never guess the lively hustle-bustle of the village is just around the corner.
The house has three floors. Enter through the large foyer on the main floor, which leads to an open plan living room with mountain views from the terrace, an extremely well equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor there are two spacious twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. The third floor features a huge 35 square metre roof top patio with dining area, loungers and stunning mountain views.
There are numerous walks and hikes in the hills surrounding Benahavis village. The Guadalmina River is a popular attraction where you can canyon walk down the river, and swim in parts of it. River access is just a short 1.5km walk from the house. The Benahavis community swimming pool is a short 500 metre walk from the house (exit out the back door).
As this house is centrally located on a pedestrian street in the heart of Benahavis village, parking is available to the rear of the house: Exit out the back door and descend two flights of stairs to Calle Huerto de Fernando. There is also ample free parking available in Benahavis village. Car rental is recommended to explore outside the village and the coastal beaches. Our property managers at G&T Estates are conveniently located just around the corner from the house, on Calle Marbella.

I'm from Vancouver, Canada. I love spending time outdoors - hiking, biking and swimming. I'm also a bit of a foodie and enjoy discovering new restaurants. As I live so far away, we have a local host - Shirley - from G&T Properties in the village. She will take excellent care of you!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Benehavis is a lovely little village with a friendly, welcoming community that's a mix of Spanish locals and expats, mainly from Europe. It is also renowned for it's culinary scene, with a fantastic variety of quality restaurants. From traditional Spanish restaurants through to Japanese and Indian food Benehavis has it all.
We decided to buy a property in Benahavis not only for the community, but also for the amenities: community swimming pools, driving range, padel/tennis courts, park, fitness centre, miles of hiking trails, river swimming, etc.. (Our house is just a few minutes walk / 600 metres from the community swimming pools.) The village is well-funded which makes it an extremely safe, clean, well-appointed environment. There are also loads of cultural events and festivals.
I also love the location. I enjoy the buzz of the Costa del Sol, but not everyday. Benehavis is relaxing and quite, yet just a 20 minute drive to Estepona, Puerto Banus or San Pedro - so all the action is nearby.

We have an amazing rooftop patio, privacy, and lots of space - it's a house, not an apartment. The location is quiet, yet central, and the mountain views are stunning.
One thing to note, is that the house is spread over three levels so there are two staircases. It's not suitable for toddlers or people with mobility issues.
