Nestled in the perfect location, this recently renovated coastal cottage will transport you to a seaside paradise. Just a leisurely 5-minute stroll away from the beach, Wangaree park, and charming local shops, you'll be surrounded by all the necessities for a relaxing getaway.

Step inside and be greeted by a crisp & fresh coastal vibe. With enough space to comfortably accommodate two families, this property boasts a total of 10 sleeping spaces. Additionally, the fully fenced yard offers a spacious entertainment area, providing the perfect backdrop for sizzling BBQs on those warm summer nights.

The backyard is fully equipped with everything you need to keep the little ones and adults alike entertained (Please Note the Trampoline is no longer at this property). Let your imagination run wild as you roast marshmallows around the firepit, creating memories that will last a lifetime. And the icing on the cake? The generously sized, fully concreted driveway that offers ample space for your boat.

With every convenience right at your fingertips, you'll find it hard to peel yourself away from this oasis. Look no further for your ultimate vacation destination

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.
The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful, and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

The property was excellent for my 2 young children. They thoroughly enjoyed playing on the swing set and trampoline and the adults enjoyed the large Alfresco area.The property itself was well equipped, clean and as described in the listing. Would book againWouldedefinitely

Perfect holiday home for 2 families

An incredible home suitable for 2 families to holiday together. The outdoor area is perfect! Huge table for eating and a comfy seating area to relax while the kids play on the playset/trampoline. Fully fenced meaning the kids can run laps around the house while staying safe from the road. 2 air conditioners inside which kept the entire house nice and cold (stayed during a heatwave)Lots of beds, and lots of kids toys stashed away under the tv. The pantry is locked to guests which means all your food has to be stored in the bench tops. There is no full size oven (but a mini one in the cupboard) The shower temperature is extremely temperamental so quick showers were taken. Upon arrival the beds were unmade and the sheets on the floor in front of the washing machine. Country Values were quick to send a cleaner out on Sunday afternoon who worked so hard to get the house in perfect condition for us. I do not believe Country Values were to blame for the unmade beds.m as the owners stayed in the home before our arrival. The house was still extremely tidy but missing things like bin bags, tea towels etc. This was all rectified asap after being notified. The accommodation manager was a little hard to get in contact with but to be fair it was a Sunday. The positives far outweigh the negatives and we will definitely stay here again when in Lancelin.
