Endless Summer - Perfect Location

Endless Summer is situated in the perfect location for you and your family / friends next getaway. With its breath taking views and only meters away from the sparkling waters of the Lancelin Bay you will want for nothing more. Plenty of room for you and the family to hang out and enjoy what Lancelin has to offer.

Get up in the morning relax with your morning cuppa, breath in the ocean air and discuss what today's adventure will include. Whether it is swimming, boating, sand boarding, taking the kids to the local park or just kicking back and doing "nothing" this is the perfect house for you. You can even just park the car and leave it as all these things and more are that close you can walk.

On returning from your day of adventure sit back, enjoy a beverage or two and witness front row seats to the spectacular sunset over the Indian Ocean. If you want to take a night off cooking take your pick as you are also only within walking distance to the Lancelin Beach Hotel and the Iconic Lancelin Endeavour Tavern.

Upstairs consists of the Master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, toilet,  kitchen and large living / dining area which opens out to the ample sized balcony.

Downstairs consists of 2 more bedroom, laundry, bathroom, toilet and family room which opens out to the backyard.

The home also has a double lock up garage which opens out to the side of the home.

No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognised venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature and an easy walk from this home. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.

A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic long weekend here. There were 4 adults and one child. Perfect property fir us. Spacious, with everything you need. And the view from the upstairs main are and balcony was just amazing.The only negative was cleanliness could have been better. A little dusty and a couple of the kitchen drawers were full of crumbs. The freezer top drawer was also dirty. But the rest was perfect. I would highly recommend.

We were not able to sleep that day until four o'clock. After the sounds of screaming and clinking of glasses had subsided, we called the owner and she was very helpful. The view of the house is very beautiful and the place is close to sand danc. There is a nearby park with swing for children, but the house needs best control because there are a lot of spiders in it.

Reviewer Comments: This is my third stay at Endless Summer snd each time I have enjoyed the amazing experience, the views from upstairs balcony are spectacular. Only minutes walk to the beach, shops snd restaurants. Awesome location.Unfortunately the only downfall this time around was the house seemed a little run down, the glass veranda was filthy and the bbq front buttons kept falling off so we wasn’t able to use it. There was no charger for the Dyson vacuum so couldn’t use that and the lounge suit was in desperate need of a clean. I do understand the house had recently been sold so I understand that this could just be minor issues until the new owner gets the place in better condition. However this would not stop me from returning to this great holiday home in the near future . 😊.

Fantastic family holiday with surfing teenagers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach house has the best location in town. Views from the balcony are stunning. Calm, safe swimming beach directly across the road with access path. Surfing back beach a few minute drive (or short cycle) away. Short walk along the beachfront path directly in front leads you everywhere. Few minutes in one way to the tavern - best located in WA and wonderful for a casual pizza or pub meal with 180 degree view. Other direction leads to the lookout or hotel restaurant/bar, also the loveliest sunset spot. Kids’ playground over the road. Jetty for fishing. A little further on, freshly baked bread from the bakery or a coffee from the town cafes. Skate park, basketball court, awesome sandboarding on the dunes or golf at the local volunteer-maintained 18 hole course. This is impressive in condition and stunning natural views. The house itself is super spacious with an ideal layout for families, where kids have their own bedrooms and TV/games area downstairs. Beds are the most comfortable we’ve encountered in our (extensive) travels. King in the master. Big, well equipped kitchen. The house is a bit dated, in a back to basics surf-shack kind of way, whilst being clean, comfortable and just perfect for a low-key break. We’ll be back.

We have stayed in cheaper places which you feel loved by the owner for the effort they put into the place. Kitchen could be better equipped and sadly the dishwasher wasn’t working for us. It would be nice if linen was included. It would be nice for remotes to work. Things are a bit worn down. But could look at the view forever.

The house was located in a great spot with great proximity to a park. However, I the house needs a thorough clean and some freshening up. The grass in the back yard needs some attention also. For the price, I expected the place to be a little nicer inside.
