Cette unité meublée de 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain est située au deuxième étage des appartements Lazy Flamingo. Le Flamingo Lazy a de belles vues sur le coucher de soleil et est à quelques pas du golfe, ainsi que de la baie. Situé à seulement 5 pâtés de maisons de la 8ème Avenue historique de Pass-A-Grille, cet établissement se trouve à quelques pas de restaurants, de bars et de boutiques locaux. Pendant votre séjour au Flamingo Lazy, vous êtes sûr de découvrir l'atmosphère calme et naturaliste de la «vieille Floride» unique à Pass-A-Grille, y compris les couchers de soleil incroyables, les bombardements et la vie marine incomparable, et les possibilités de pêche abondantes.

Fabulous Spot in fabulous location

We absolutely loved staying at the Lazy Flamingo Number 4. Lyn is a very thoughtful and very attentive host. We truly loved this location. I cannot state enough how nice it is to walk downtown, to the Gulf, or InterCoastal waters so easily. We definitely want to go back!

Winter escape in Paradise

The Lazy Flamingo is a spacious and welcoming two bedroom located in paradise! Our stay was amazing - within a few steps to beaches on both the Gulf of Mexico and the Boca Ciega Bay! And within a five minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment at the Paradise Grill. Our occasional guests ranged in age from 80 to two-and-a half, including teenagers, and everyone enjoyed their stay. Lyn is an excellent host, who made sure we had everything we needed!

Nice Stay Close to the Beach

Great location, spacious, excellent communication with the owner. While not a luxury unit, the price is very fair - and great deal if you need a larger unit for a family or a long stay. The living room furniture was very comfortable. My only criticism was the master bed - wife wasn't comfortable and I slept in the single in the second bedroom. Steps from the beach and a 5 block walk to lots of dining options.

I regret you didn’t find the master bed to your liking, but as I was unaware until right before the end of your stay there was nothing I could do to remedy the situation other than offer you a return discount. We had considered replacing that mattress recently, but was told by previous and recurring guests that they found the mattress comfortable. I’m glad that other than bedding preference you enjoyed your stay.

Perfect Trip

We were steps from the beach. Older property in beautiful Pass a Grille . The area sustained lots of damage from 2 Fall hurricanes. But they are rebuilding and the beach is as beautiful as ever. The property is having work done to repair damage but our 2nd floor unit was fine. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath . Accommodated 4 adults and an infant comfortably.

We made certain the guest knew the situation on and around property (no damage to the guest’s unit) due to last fall’s hurricanes and offered a no fee cancellation. Spent a lot of effort on communication and accommodation of the guest’s needs so a little disappointed to lose a star when we did all we could including comping an extra night’s stay and welcoming more guests than on original reservation. Guest repeatedly told us they were pleased with the accommodation.

Highly recommend!

We had an extremely pleasant stay at this charming property and it far exceeded our expectations! It is located in a quiet residential section of Pass a Grill which we loved, just a short walk to the beach and in walking distance of a few restaurants. We were greeted by Lynda who brought us a bottle of wine, water and a few snacks. She also gave us some very good restaurant recommendations. Lynda was always responsive and checked in on us a few times during the week. We had a parking spot in the driveway. Property has a king size bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Plenty of closet and drawer space plus a washer and dryer. We definitely want to return here!

Great stay!

My family of 5 had a great time! Lynda was great and very accommodating. It was only a few steps to a beautiful beach. We loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. Would definitely visit and stay there again!

We love the Lazy Flamingo and Pass-a-grille!

This is literally one of my favorite places on earth. I've been fortunate to vacation in a number of places through North America, in part because we rarely go to the same place twice. But we'll be returning to the Lazy Flamingo in Pass-a-grille! Lyn was a tremendous host, and the place is just what we were looking for. It was comfortable, with the needed amenities, and large enough for our family of 4 (parents and two teenagers) to not feel cramped or crowded. There are surely more eye-popping properties (for a much higher cost), but the Lazy Flamingo exceeded our needs. And the location...my goodness...the location is terrific. We were seeking a relaxing break from our busy schedules. This location in PAG is just what the doctor ordered. We never felt rushed or overcrowded despite the fact that this was spring break week in Florida. Some of the things we walked to see throughout the week were beautiful sunsets over Boca Ciega Bay, great meals at Sea Critters/The Wharf/The Hurricane/The Seahorse, delicious ice cream at Paradise Sweets, a pickup basketball game at Hurley Park, morning dolphin viewing on the jetty, and walks along the picturesque beach to hunt shells and breathe the fresh Gulf air. We were able to fully relax on a Florida beach vacation during spring break because this location is perfect. A special thanks to Lyn for being a wonderful host...we will never forget our week here!

Laid back Florida at its best!

We had never been to this location before and were pleasantly surprised. This quaint, laid-back spot was just what we needed after a year filled with chaos. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. On-site parking allowed us to walk just about everywhere. Lyn is an absolutely lovely host. We were greeted upon arrival with a basket of goodies including snacks, drinks and a pair of flip flops each. The property included everything we needed for a wonderful stay: coffee maker, wine glasses and beach towels! Thank you Lyn for a most pleasant stay. If spring break in a relaxing environment is what you are after, this place is for you!

Absolutely fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic! You couldn’t ask for a better location. We were able to walk to the beach ,the dog beach and many restaurants. The location was fantastic and communication with the owner was always on target. The best dog friendly area around. The restaurants even love the dogs. We will definitely be back again.

Excellent Location, Wonderful Host, Charming Neighbors

Pass-a-Grille is our favorite place in Florida and the Lazy Flamingo is the perfect location from which to enjoy it. Just 5 blocks from the cute little main street, 3 blocks from the tip of the island paradise, and right across the street from the beach. Pass-a-Grille beach is wonderful for shelling and the white sands are soft and fine. There are some great restaurants on the island (Sea Critters is our favorite, but we also enjoy The Wharf, Brass Monkey, and the Sea Horse for breakfast). Shadrack's Dive Bar on 8th Street is open till 3 am for anybody who enjoys a no-frills night cap and the company of the laid-back locals. As to the apartment itself, it has everything you need for an enjoyable beach getaway. Our host, Lynda, provided us with plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and the apartment is stocked with all the sun-block and after-sun lotions you'll need in an emergency. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and lunch so we could indulge ourselves in extravagant dinners out. There is also a gas grill in the charming shared area, which has an outdoor dining table. Grab yourself some fresh fish or meat at Shaner's up the road and have a cookout. You may encounter the residents, who are kind and accommodating, and may share a glass of their wine with you and let you borrow their beach equipment. Upon our arrival, we were met by Lynda, who introduced us to our neighbors, gave us our parking pass, and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. She'd also left us a welcome note and some decadent Italian truffles. She lives right across the driveway and is very responsive to your needs. All in all, it's a cozy place to crash after a day enjoying everything Pass-a-Grille, and the greater Tampa Bay area, has to offer. The beds are comfortable and the space was more than ample for our small group of 3. (I think it could accommodate 6 close friends/family equally well). It's not fancy, but it's not in any way seedy. It's perfectly Old World Florida. If you like Pass-a-Grille, this is a great place to make your headquarters. Side Note: we took a day trip up north to Weeki Wachi Springs, and discovered a roadside park (called Linda Pederson) where we encountered manatees in nature and were able to swim with them. Highly recommended day trip!
