Set in a tranquil and highly desirable location on the Estuary in Falcon, you'll find this beautiful holiday home. An ideal property for families in search of comfort and convenience. This Federation Style home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study, and features wide hallways and doors, ideal for wheelchair access if required. With its range of appealing amenities, it offers a peaceful, coastal lifestyle just moments away from local attractions and essential amenities. Pet friendly with wifi.
The space
Holiday home renovated with style, yet still retaining its charming character, located on the Falcon Estuary. The property has wifi and smart tv's.
The 4 bedrooms consist of 1 King, 2 sets of Single bunks. 1 Double Bed, and 1 Queen Bed. There is also a baby porta cot and high chair.
The home offers air conditioning, secure garage parking as well as driveway parking for additional vehicles. The garage height is designed to allow access for boat storage should you require this. The property is well situated for access to both ocean and estuary boat ramps - you are able to launch and retrieve at East Port Canals ramp for $10.
The property has wide access hallways and doors, making it accessible for wheelchair users or simply offering a more spacious feel throughout. On site laundry room and spacious bathrooms with walk in showers.
Walk across the road to go crabbing (crab nets, gauge and bucket provided) and at the end of the day enjoy the sunsets from the front lounge. Take a stroll or use the cycle path to the local shop for a cappuccino. Local shopping centre offers a Woolworths, bottle shop, post office, chemist, restaurants and take-aways.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences including oven, stove double door fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine.
The alfresco area offers a tranquil space with good quality outdoor furniture and BBQ. Please note that BBQ cleaning is a guest responsibility and a $50 charge is levied for BBQ's left dirty after check out.
Peace and quiet prevails in this unique property.
Pet friendly with a $100 pet fee. Please note that pets are welcome only by prior agreement before booking. Pets are to be supervised and are not allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms.
$150 Cleaning fee applies. A reduced cleaning fee of $100 is offered where only one or two guests are booking the property. This will be done by refunding $50 to the guest on check out.
We do not permit parties. Leavers groups are not permitted to book. If your group is below the age of 23, we require advance notice of this prior to your booking being accepted. Guests new to Airbnb are permitted to book but our management policy requires proof of ID to proceed with the booking if the primary guest has no ratings.

Self check in is offered, lock box code will be provided prior to arrival date. Guest information book provided inside the property for further information.
