Red Hill Cottage offers a 3 Bedroom country comfortable accommodation with beautiful views over land around Bathurst, with an easy 12 minutes drive from bathurst cbd.
You may Relax and enjoy the rural life, Interact with daily life of the farm depending on the time of year there are animals that can be fed and cared for not to forget collecting the eggs.
Star gazing the night sky whilst Roasting marshmallows by the open fire pit.

Red Hill Farmstay offers open space for Tralier parking or multi vehicle parking.

There are many things to explore and assist you in your stay.
Hosts are happy to be involved in or stay or leave you to your own privacy, we suggest to advise host prior to arrival of your preferred interaction you would like.

Red Hill farmstay offers a swimming pool and other facilities available on request prior to arrival.

The cottage is fully self contained and offers 3 bedrooms with 3-4 beds , 2 bathrooms, separate toilet and laundry.

Well equipped kitchen and facilities in the cottage for your home away from home experience.
Smart TV with phone casting provision, as well as local stations and Netflix.
Good mobile phone / data coverage, along with central heating and cooling.

The cottage is seperate to the main homestead so you have your own space and privacy.

Whilst there are plenty of areas to walk and explore the host can show you through the paddocks and around the accessible areas of the property.

Karen is a perfect host. She engaged the kids in the animals and was super easy to communicate with. Would love to come back next year.

We had the most wonderful stay. Our kids (2 and 6) fell in love with Karen and her lovely daughters and followed them around quite star struck listening to all the information about the animas. They fed the cattle, sheep and horse. The highlight was handling the chickens. Karen eve had a room full of toys next to her house that the kids raided for extra things to play with. They loved it. The house was gorgeous and impeccably clean and tidy. Giving us marshmallows and setting up the fire pit was such a great touch. Thank you for the best stay!

Best farmstay we have ever been to & we've been to alot. Karen & her family were absolutely brilliant hosts. They showed us around the farm & introduced us to the animals & let us feed & pat them & made us feel really welcome, nothing was a bother, they even set up a firepit for us to toast marshmallows. The cottage is beautifully styled & super homey & comfy, lots of space for the 6 of us & lovely & warm, comfortable beds & very clean.Thankyou for having us. Highly recommend

Perfect stay!

We had the absolute best time! Clean, modern property (with super comfy beds) that was beautifully styled. Location wise, we were close enough to town it’s easy to duck in for anything you need, but away enough that we had peace and quiet (10 mins drive or even less). Karen and her family gave us the perfect amount of space but also were so so amazing bringing over and setting up a fire pit, dropping off marshmallows to roast and showing us how to feed the animals (friendly horse and sheep right outside your doors). It was such a nice, wholesome weekend!! On Saturday we explored the surrounding towns, wineries and breweries and it was just such a good weekend away! Highly recommend staying here!

Farm stay in a country

Escaping storms in sydney we arrived in sunny bathurst staying at country weekend away with a couple of friends we stayed in stunning country inspired house. The interior design is stunning and offers a five star feeling. The bedrooms have paddocks views with sunset and sunrise opportunities to relax and take your time to dwell on all nature. Sheeps; baby lambs; horse; cattle and much more was a symphony to our ears and smoothing air filled with harmony and beauty..the house has it all. We added cheese platters; and penfolds cab sav to honour the simplicity of the owner's place. When our plans got cancelled on sunday we were allowed to have a late check in and we spent time with the owner walking us through the farm meeting their animals and sharing stories of living in the country. Just two hours from sydney and you wish to extend your stay..and experience a pit fire outside and gazing at stars in the evening. We would love to come back and we can say that you wont be regretting making your reservations
