The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, the cottage was clean and fresh ,very very comfortable and was pet friendly We have stayed here 3 times and will always return if we are coming to this area Robert and Trish are wonderful hosts that will consider your every need
Great accommodation. Bed is beautiful, kitchen had everything I needed. Really nice shower. I spent a lot of time on the verandah, relaxing rural outlook.
Nice cute little cottage , very clean with cooking facilities. Good spot if you want to visit Mayfield Gardens .The friendly owners dogs came to visit , which our hound loved playing with Thanks Guys for a great stay !
Lovely cabin in a lovely setting and friendly farm dogs. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Bed very comfortable.Heater needs to be kept on low for it to stay on so a message to that effect inside the cabin would be helpful, but overall a great accommodation choice

Unwind with your favorite shows on Netflix and Amazon Prime, or simply relax on the patio as you watch the sky and weather change around you. A tranquil retreat with all the amenities you need for a peaceful and cozy stay
Such a cozy cottage, right in the countryside but within an easy 15 min drive to Bathurst. The walls are a foot thick, so we were kept very comfy even in the winter weather. Dairy Cottage has everything you need and a wonderful charm. Beautiful country lanes to explore nearby, too. Thanks so much to Rob and and Trish. We would thoroughly recommend the stay and hope to be back.
Lovely little cottage containing all the essentials. The hosts where extremely lovely. We where having trouble finding accommodation as we had to extend our stay and the generosity offered up there private home to us. There 2 dogs are very sweet and where very gentle with our puppy. Only thing we would suggest as that a doir be added to the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.
The property is very comfortable ,It is pet friendly which was a huge plus for me .as i had my dog with me.There are not many pet friendly accommodation places available in the Bathurst area. The accommodation was close to Bathurst and Oberon with Mayfield Gardens was in the opposite direction
exactly what we wanted a quiet place just a short distance out of town it was exactly as described clean and very comfortable this is our 2nd stay and absolutely love it
We stayed there for two days. Although it was mid-summer, the cottage remained cool, and we didn't need any fans. We were welcomed by beautiful and friendly dogs. My little dog loved staying there, and one of the dogs took special care of usâmy dog, my partner, and me. He made sure we were all alright. We had a great time!
The cottage had rustic charm, as well as the property. Had all amenities including big screen, all channels TV. Could do with a refresh here and there.
We really enjoy our stay, the cottage is very nice and cute, comfy bed, kitchen equip with utensils and bathroom is good, the 2 dogs are very friendly except ours are yappy.
Cute little cottage for a weekend getaway. Had everything we needed and was close to Bathurst. Hosts were very helpful!
Thereâs no bathroom door, which was a little awkward at times (although my carpenter husband had lots of ideas on how to add a door).
Thanks for sharing your cottage with us.
The 1830 Dairy cottage is everything that was advertised. The cottage was clean, kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you required, the bed was so comfortable.
Sitting on the front verandah watching the birds and a kangaroo was peaceful and exactly what we wanted after a day in Oberon and the autumn gardens
There is little Wifi reception but it was a pleasure to just enjoy the country side and peace.
I can highly recommend this cottage and will be coming back as we want to explore more of the area
Host did not greet us or leave milk for tea & coffee. Host 2 dogs were the only friendly ones at the property although first night they barked all night and one was very thin and was looking for food. No firepit, which we were looking forward to at night. Outlook was disappointing as main view was looking at old shed and old machinery and timber lying around. No WiFi and poor TV reception. We would not return đ
Lovely little 1830âs cottage. It has everything you need to enjoy a quiet getaway. I took my cat and she loved it there and the hosts dogs were fine with my cat. You have a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Telephone reception and wifi is poor though this is a place you go to get away from it all. The cottage has a very comfortable bed, the owners left me alone and I had a very peaceful time. I highly recommend this cottage if you are looking to escape the city, the drive into Bathurst is less than 15 minutes for your shopping needs.
The property was good. The only issue was the internet connection. The 5G modem needs to be placed in very specific places to get reasonable internet speed and I had to work that out. Happy to provide advice to the owners on that one if they call me.
Cleanliness was excellent (donât leave the verandah light on in the evening⊠lots of bugs will gather). Everything else was as expected so no surprises. Overall I was very happy.
I suggest air con be installed one day. It was not in the list of inclusions so it didnât affect my star rating.
