Welcome to Villa Anesi...your home away from home! This beautiful new home is just a short walk to the beach access, private *heated & *cooled pool, stunning gulf views, massive roof top deck with pergola, **elevator, and use of the homes paddle board and beach chairs for the week. With 5 bedrooms, expansive kitchen/dining area, and ample gathering space you are sure to find this home has everything you are looking for in a vacation home!

Upon entering, you will notice that the open-concept living kitchen and dining area are beautifully decorated, and have everything you need to relax on your vacation! The dining area features a large table with seating for up to 10 people, with room for an additional 6 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, and large amounts of cabinet and counter space. The living room features a large sectional, perfect for lounging after a fun-filled day as well as a 75” flatscreen tv with Sonos surround sound. Immediately off the family room there is a large set of sliding glass doors giving you access to the homes private pool, and outdoor seating/dining area. In the pool area guests will love the grill, loungers, rocking chairs, and built-in pool ledge that provides the perfect spot to watch the outdoor flatscreen tv with Sonos surround sound. There is a half bath off the family room for added convenience, as well as access to the homes elevator! 

On the 3rd level of the home you will find 3 of the homes 5 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms boast a king beds, private bathrooms, and flatscreen tvs. 2 of the bedrooms have access to a private balcony, and the master also provides a desk area for those of you that are unable to leave their work behind. The laundry closet is also located on this level of the home for your convenience. 

Moving up to the homes 4th floor you will find the homes 2nd family room, 2 bunk rooms, and the homes 4th full bathroom! The loft boasts a game table, sofa, flat screen tv, arcade game, wet bar, and access to the homes stunning roof top deck! The front bunk room has access to a private balcony off the front of the home, while the back bunk room has a small desk area for your added convenience. Making your way up to the homes massive rooftop deck, you are sure to be in ahh of the phenomenal views! As if the view wasn't enough, the roof top deck also boasts corn hole game, lounge chair, rocking chairs, a pergola and a fire pit! We are confident after just one stay at Villa Anesi you will have found your forever home away from home!
