Stylish apartment, fully self-contained, in a quiet street on the golf course with the Club House in the next street. Close to Sydney Airport and St George Hospital, perfect for short or long stays. Public transport buses nearby, however, a car is advisable. Breakfast foods, coffee machine and pods all supplied.

The space
The apartment is very private and is located off the street so is quiet with no traffic noise. Parking is available outside the front door. Top quality sheets and towels are provided, including an electric blanket. Ceiling fan with remote control in the bedroom. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, saucepans etc. are all available for your use. Free WiFi, washing machine, flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, both with access to Netflix etc. The apartment has a reverse-cycle air conditioner for your comfort. It comes complete with a dining room table that expands if you need a work space. It is important to note that the space is attached to a residential property, however, it has a separate access with locked doors to ensure your complete privacy.
Please note that this space is only suitable for single people or couples as there is only one queen-size bed available.
WE HAVE A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY, so if you are a smoker please do not book this space.

Your apartment is your own, with no sharing. Access is via your own entrance, with a security door at the front and rear doors and security lights that are movement-sensitive. A courtyard is available for your use to hang the washing out in the sun. You can park right at the front door, making it easy to pack/unpack your car.
Other things to note
The accommodation is very new and modern. Extra blankets and linen are available if needed.
As much as we love children (we have two Granddaughters), the space is not suitable to accommodate them. If you are travelling with children this may not be the right space for you.

We have been hosting for approximately five years now. When possible, we will meet you on arrival and show you around. We are both well-travelled and respect the privacy of others and so we can interact with you as much or as little as you would like.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The area is very quiet, situated off the street and on the Golf Course, however, there is no direct access to the Golf Course. This is a very safe area. Our neighbours are great and are willing to have a chat.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
The property is compact and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It has air conditioning for the summer months and heating for winter. There is a lovely courtyard to use, which is especially nice to sit and have morning coffee in.
