The Space:

This three-bedroom jungle villa in Aldea Zama sleeps up to eight guests and puts you right between Tulum's town center and the beach—both just minutes away. The private pool surrounded by tropical greenery is reason enough to book, but the onsite art gallery, spa, and botanical gardens make it feel like you've checked into a boutique resort.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Three air-conditioned bedrooms give everyone space to spread out.

- The first bedroom features a king bed and views of the jungle canopy.

- The second bedroom also has a king bed, with the same lush greenery just outside.

- The third bedroom is set up with twin beds plus a sofa bed, ideal for kids or extra guests.

Three full bathrooms mean no morning lineup, and each comes stocked with shampoo and body soap.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the living area straight onto the pool deck, blurring the line between indoors and out. The dining table seats ten—big enough for long dinners after a day at the beach. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook, including an island workspace, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basics.

Your private pool is the heart of the villa, with sun loungers for tanning and shaded spots when you need a break. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to catch up on email between adventures. There's free parking onsite and an elevator for easy access. Self check-in via lockbox means you can arrive on your own schedule. The complex spa offers wellness treatments and hydrotherapy for an extra fee if you want to book a session. Aldea Zama is a fifteen-minute walk to Tulum centro, where you'll find street tacos, cafes, and local shops, and the famous beaches are a twenty-minute drive south.

Other Things to Note:

Electricity (Long-term Stays)

A daily allowance of 40Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.



Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.



Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.



The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.



- The Wellness Sanctuary Spa is available onsite for guest use at extra cost.



- This is a fully non-smoking property. It’s prohibited to smoke inside the units and the common areas.



- Noise will not be tolerated between 10 pm and 8 am.



- The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm.



- There is a gym available at the complex.



- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bath and beach towels to provide the most comfortable stay.



- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay one can be arranged for a fee, please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.



- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters will be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.

- Please avoid from moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic cups are allowed.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
