Nous proposons notre maison privée en bord de mer à la location à quelques clients exigeants qui souhaitent «tout laisser derrière eux». Réveillez-vous avec les sons apaisants des Caraïbes, passez du temps de qualité avec votre significatif ou votre famille, et profitez d'une variété de sports nautiques ou détendez-vous simplement avec les images et les sons de la mer turquoise exquise.

Entièrement meublé, cet appartement de trois chambres, trois salles de bain et multi-niveaux offre une vue panoramique depuis toutes les chambres et les terrasses palapa. La plage privée avec un emplacement parfait est propice à la plongée en apnée, à la plongée sous-marine, au kayak et à la natation.

La cuisine gastronomique comprend des comptoirs en marbre et des ustensiles de cuisine. La salle à manger comprend une table en granit spectaculaire pour une cuisine raffinée. Le palapa avant romantique et le palapa côté océan sont tous deux disponibles pour le dîner. Les trois chambres sont climatisées. Tous les lits sont des matelas Sealy Posturpedic avec tous les draps en coton. Meubles, draperies et couvre-lits faits sur mesure. Toutes les chambres sont meublées avec des cadenas suffisamment grands pour accueillir un ordinateur portable, un grand sac à main, un appareil photo, etc. Emportez simplement votre propre cadenas ou achetez une serrure chez Yobany pour 5 $. 00

Les salles à manger en plein air de palapa et la terrasse au deuxième étage sont idéales pour bronzer ou observer les étoiles, profiter de la douce brise marine et admirer les eaux turquoises enchanteresses. Perfect in every way!

Everything from check in to meals were amazing! Definitely get the enchiladas! Luis was so sweet and super helpful the entire time. Beds were very comfortable. No issues at all!

Good Beach Stay near Tulum

We had a great experience at this home. Conveniently located in an area that is quiet but has walkable options for a meal at nearby small hotels. Sandy beach at the property is very good, but it is rocky at the waterline -- so it isn't good for wading or playing in the water without using a kayak to go 100M off shore. Everything was in fine condition: working A/C in the bedrooms, kitchen appliances and layout is good, bathrooms/showers are nice, WiFi. No A/C in living area, but fans and open windows kept area comfortable during our January visit.

This is our third time staying here and never disappoints. We won’t stay anywhere else. Yobany, Louis, Grace, Edith and the one lady who comes every day to cook breakfast and clean are all amazing! We love them and that’s why we love coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the staff was fantastic! Especially Luis! The food was great and all we could have hoped for. If they would just fix the road into the property! :-)

Best kept secret

This is my second time staying here and it is truly a magical place. There was 5 girls and we had plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable and love having the privacy of the 2 upstairs rooms. Our chef was amazing and cared for us the whole week. It feels like you have your own private beach. I can’t wait to go back!

Best House in Tulum!

We just got back from our stay at Casa Playa Azul and are sad to not be waking up to fresh fruit platters, gorgeous ocean views, and a sparkling clean house that we didn’t have to clean. I cannot say enough nice things about the house, the staff, the location, the meals, the beach or the amenities to truly do the place justice. This is my second time booking with Frank (my girls group had booked Casa Soledad in 2022) and the experience was the same so we knew how great it would be. Both properties are just stunning and I can’t say if I like one better than the other, though Soleada has one extra bedroom and bathroom. Either way, you will have a great time at Tankah Shores!

Relaxing and pampered stay: Great food, perfect location, 30 yards from Senote Casa, Diving on the Reef, 7 miles to Tulum all things out family enjoyed but what made our stay perfect was the lovely home and the attentive staff!

Casa Playa Azul Wedding Retreat

This property has everything our family needed during our stay to celebrate the wedding festivities in Tulum. Luis and the housekeeping/cooking team were welcoming and helpful from arrival to departure. The meals were delicious and grocery service was seamless. Being on the beach with the ocean breeze and having the pool to lounge in was the best. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tulum. Gracias!

Excellent Vacation Home!

This was a perfect home for a family vacation with adult children. The home is spotless, the beach is amazing, the location is excellent. The prepared food was delicious and Luiz’s margaritas each night were amazing! The online photos do not do the house justice.

Amazing house on the beach

Even better than it appears online! Nice beach with snorkeling and kayaking right outside the house. We were able to easily swim to the reef with provided lifejackets and snorkel gear. The staff was lovely and dinners delicious. What a great way to spend a week with friends!

We love it here!

We will never stay anywhere else. We have stayed here twice with our whole family and my mom stays here very time she travels to Mexico. The house is comfortable and beachy, location is central and convenient, but mainly we stay because we love Yobany, Edith, Luis and the rest of the people who work there. Also, don’t spend money on eating out - the food at the house is better than any restaurant!!

This property is perfect for adult couples or family with older children. There are 3 separate bedrooms w/en suite bathrooms, each with phenomenal views! Staff is amazing, zero complaints! Food preparation was well worth it and absolutely delicious! We can’t wait to return to this property! Highly recommend.

The house was amazing!! Response to questions was quick. We enjoyed just staying at property and enjoying all amenities. The ONLY problem we had was that the Mayan cooking experience was not as described. All of the meals that we ordered were delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this property!

An unforgettable and amazing experience!

We arrived and were greeted by the host family, that unbeknownst to us we would grow to deeply care about. It is very obvious they take pride in the care of the property and those that stay there. The grounds were impeccable, the food was delicious and the home was very clean and well maintained. It was out 1st time traveling to Mexico and they certainly represented! Beautiful Private Villa !

This beautiful villa did not disappoint. We enjoyed plenty of use with the kayaks and paddle boards. I hope to make this a yearly stop. Staff was great. We did not take advantage of the cooking option, mainly because our kids, 10/14/17/20 all eat different foods and it is easier for us to cook, also checked out a lot of the local cuisine. Thank you to Frank, and all the staff. Couldn’t have ask for nicer people. Gerry

Incredible in All Facets!!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at Playa Azul! I agree with others pictures don’t do it justice. It is spotless and very well maintained. The caretakers are friendly and helpful and work really hard! The beach in front is super sandy and kids played volleyball every day. We used the kayaks every day and snorkeled off the beach as well as swam at Casa Cenote. Food was very good and easy to order both meat and food for my vegetarians. I cannot wait to go back. Family review

The house is spectacular. Clean, on the ocean, beautiful view. Having meals made for you is a true luxury, eating on the beach morning and night. You have to plan your own day excursions for kids and adults . It is hard to swim in the ocean because it is rough. We were able to take the kayaks out. Board games and hammocks to relax in. Would recommend renting a car as we spent a lot on taxi services. Staff is friendly and available to help all days except Sunday.

Family Retirement Get-Away, a fantastic venue

About 1/2 our group retired last year so we chose a warm destination for a the congrats party. We couldn't have chosen a better locale. Lolli was fantastic as our daily cook & housekeeper. Fresh towels and linens when requested were a very nice touch. The grounds crew were always working and pleasant, leaving us do just lounge, swim, snorkel, or kayak to the reef. This property was one of few that had a natural coastline to help keep the Sargassum away so it didn't accumulate along our beach, making our stay even more enjoyable! All in all, a most positive and memorable experience. Thanks again to Lolli, Roberto, Brian, & all the others who had a hand in making this a fantastic experience!
