As you step through the entryway of this contemporary two-storey residence, you are greeted by a living area adorned with large windows that allow natural light to flood the space. There is a sofa-bed couch for the children to relax on while watching movies on the big screen TV and a split-system for year round comfort.
The ground floor features a luxurious bathroom, meticulously designed with modern fixtures and finishes, offering convenience and comfort for residents and guests alike. There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor - room one has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom features a bunk bed and a single bed. Each of these rooms offer large windows inviting abundant natural light and serene views of the surrounding landscape.
Ascend the staircase to the second floor, where the well-appointed main bedroom awaits, featuring a king-sized bed with ensuite access to the second bathroom of the house. All bedrooms offer tranquility and comfort an featuring ceiling fans.
The centerpiece of the living area is a cozy indoor fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings and intimate gatherings. Adjacent to the living area is a stylish open-plan kitchen, complete with sleek appliances, ample storage, and a chic island countertop ideal for culinary endeavors. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, creating a harmonious space for entertaining guests and creating lasting memories.
